    I am presently going through this........ I think I may have lost a good man,my bf is an accountant presently doing his masters. But he never has my time, I have complained without end why we never spend enuf time 2geda. We see eachoda most times just once a week, on sunday. So its like im seeing him 4times a mnth. The final straw was when even in 2wks we cldnt see eachoda. He travelled one wkend for biz, and another wkend to see his parents. So we got into a huge fight, bcos I started thinking or dos he have a side-chick I don't know about?
    Now he's told me we shld take a break, he's tired of all the fighting. He already told me with work, and running masters he wont have my time, and I keep complaining everyday.
    I don't even know what to do, iv been begging him. Shld I swallow my pride and let him go,or keep begging. This is a guy that treats me so well, gives whatever I want, a good guy.

      You don't have to keep begging. Just give him space and time. Not too much though. Check up on him once a day or once in 2 days. Not clog his phone. Just simple hope you had a good day is ok.

      Meanwhile get busy with your own life. Find peace within yourself, do something worthwhile, that way you won't be too needy. If your man is genuinely busy, then you should be understanding and supportive rather than nagging.

      Most good men run away when you give them problems.

      Hmmm let me tell u ehn.. this was me some years back before I married oh. I'm good and understanding. In fact I sometimes act like a mumu all in the name of not wanting to nag my man. But they'd be times you'll just think, hold on, this guy may be forming bz and he's prolly seeing another babe.. Yea, thoughts like that will come even in marriage. But it's not always the case o.

      U need to study ur man well and don't let the trend that ladies adopt these days by forming detective, make u ruin ur relationship. As for me that didn't use to nag, back then, I just started nagging overnight and the man was like, ah.. what is this na? I thought we were on the same page? At first he would calm me down and explain why he's scarce, later he stopped giving me explanations. That was when I knew that I had lost the "spark" I had over him.

      When a man no longer feels like he should explain himself, then there's fire on the mountain. U need to slow down and quickly adjust. That was what I did. I let him have space, so tey he was the one complaining that I no send am again. Then he also adjusted and made more time. If he's genuinely a bz person pls don't frustrate him.. accommodate his excesses and let him know u miss him.. but u understand that he has to work. Years later I married my ever so busy knuckle head. Lol. It doesn't mean u are desperate or a mumu, it's understanding and working around ur bz schedules. Esp if u aren't based in Nigeria, it can be hectic, I promise u.

      Please give him a breather but don't let him off. He'll appreciate u later. Sorry u hear.
