    7. I'm sure you were notified, and you prolly built without approval. So sorry but people need to start to do things the right way to avoid the unnecessary wastage of their hard earned monies. If you cut corners now you'll still pay for it later. Ndo

    8. Atheist or whatever u call yourself I can't believe u are so naive? Are u in secondary school or what. First of all you lack empathy as a human being maybe u wanna work on that cos what u give is what u receive in this life.

Secondly don't tell me u are too dull to realise that Stella is press and that by running to the press, he is more likely to get some justice. For example the people collecting money at LASUTH that posed confidently for pictures are no longer there, thanks to that article written here about it.

Try to have sense u hear. I am just educating u and any curses sent shall be returned to u and yours. Cheers.

    19. Omo heard that over 300 houses were demolished (Completed and uncompleted) in that ibeju lekki alone this year. The Bales' in the area keep selling land that doesnt belong to them to gullible people..instead of the intending buyers to do proper search on the land, they would pay money and be erecting structures. .

  2. OMG, this fine house? Why are some people so heartless

    1. Probably the houses were built on a pipeline. Moreso, pic one is not same at two and three ,look closely. My question is ,don't the town planning whatever check before people build their houses?

      Delete
    2. I sell land in ibeju lekki. And all I can say is some of the lands there are off plan. But agents still sell to make money. Right now lagos state is tightening things because they don't want that vicinity to be as disorganised as old lagos where they started building houses on pipelines and government couldn't demolish because of sentiments and empathy. Some of us buy land without doing our due diligence. Or think we can go through the back door because the area is yet to develop. But tinubu and ambode and Co have special interests in that local government. So they aren't playing. Poster should go to alausa and check the plan first before complaining.

  4. Chai. Smh. May God not let us carry the cross that's bigger than us.

They don't even put into consideration that the owners of these properties prolly did not know they were buying illegal properties (if they were illegal).

Smh for this country. Smh for Lagos state. I really am tired. You can't even hustle to build ur house and finally have ur peace of mind.

  23. Selfish people everywhere. Am sure one of the rich men among us bought the house and didn't care about rending people living in it homeless.Take heart @BV, there is always a way out of every situation

  24. Enter your comment...The problem I notice here about the land you build ur house is that the very land is acquisation land, govt land for a purpose.

  25. BV Ndo,I know the loss and the un preparedness will be devastating.

I beg Rivers,Lagos and other state government to please remember it is a government of the people.

Yes it is government land, no argument. Yes due process wasn't followed in acquiring the property, yes it is inhabited by criminals (Gov.Wike's favourite line) but to demolish at a time when the very masses who voted you in are screaming hard times is just genius.

    I should applaud you.
