Hello Stellababy"in Jenifa's voice, BVs of life manage my e-hugs . I decided to share the story of how I met my hubby to be, we have approximately a week before saying I Do and to say I'm excited would be an understatement, to my story! 

Sometime in April 2012 my kid brother invited me for his friend's sister's birthday party at the beach with the intention of matchmaking me with their older brother because my bf from secondary school had broken up just few months before then and I wasn't taking it down well at all. Sha I was In Abeokuta and the party was supposed to be at the beach in Lagos so Sunday morning I packed my bag and headed to lagos to have fun and meet potential bae, went to the celebrant's house first and met everyone, got dressed and we set out, the celebrant's bf was to convey we ladies we were about 4 I think, well celebrant's bf didn't come alone, he brought two friends along.

 It was a space bus so we had space like that, the babe's brothers and my brother set out in another car right behind us. We went to the mall and got stuffs we needed and I think that was where the two cars missed or so, we ladies with celebrant's bf went to Oniru beach while the other car went to Eleguishi, by the time we contacted them and they tried heading to Oniru their car broke down and it took hours to get it fixed. 

I got really bored and was just sitting alone as all the faces weren't familiar and as a phone presser that I is, I pressed away! Then this guy(celebrant's bf's friend)came to sit beside me and started talking,in my mind I was like what's with the accent & forming Americana now, then he was like he wants to keep my company, i was obviously bored bla bla, he served my food and drink, when we were done eating, he asked that we take a walk since we weren't doing anything, we took the walk, then he asked for my bbpin I gave him willingly didn't even let him ask twice in my mind I was so deleting him as soon as I got back to my place.

Don't know if he read my mind or something but after a while he asked that I give him my number too that he knows I'll delete him when we part ways, ha I said no, after much talk talk I gave him my number and that was it, turned out I wasn't even gonna like the guy I was supposed to meet that day, after a while I just parked him one side and faced my now fiance . we got talking the usual morning and night chat and calls for a couple of months before I agreed to see him on my birthday,I traveled to Lagos he got me cake and took me to his friend's party same day, when we got back from the party he was acting all like a perfect gentle man and in my mind I was thinking it's all pretense when he gets what he wants (he didn't even make an attempt that night until much later) he'll walk away, for where?! Bros turned super Mario on my case.

 There was so much bad talk when we started dating for obvious reasons but it only made us stronger. It's been over 4 years now and here we are, we didn't have it smooth, distance set in 2 years after we started dating, I tried running because of my previous experience with "abroad boyfriend ". I broke up with him twice but he kept coming back and I had to ask myself why I was running when nothing was chasing me. Thankfully my parents didn't stress me about bringing a delta man home. I never "experredit"to end in marriage,but he did an excellent job to make sure we have a happy ending.
