    2. Yes it's Beloved. The second batch haff finish tey teyπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

It's very easy to make too.

      All you need is:

      2 medium sized potatoes
      1 egg
      1 onion
      2 spoonfuls of flour
      Salt, pepper (black)
      Vegetable oil for frying.

      Procedure
Grate the potatoes. You can also use food processor instead.
      Grate the onion
P.S : If you use food processor, you have to drain out the liquid using a strainer.

In a mixing bowl, pour in the grated potato and onion. Add the egg, flour, pinch of salt, andpepper. Mix very well.

Heat up your pan, add a little vegetable oil.

Fry the mixture like you would your pancakes.

Serve with fresh salad or sour cream.

      Yummy yummy.πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

    4. Unique gem...yes very yummy. You forgot to add that it is Irish potatoes.
I use native dry pepper instead of fresh pepper. Hope, it's in order.

Breakfast...we had oats cooked with drops of vanilla extract. I love the aroma. Me I topped plenty milk and little sugar. With hot soft soft danish pastry and doughnuts. Very filling.

    5. Unique gem...you forgot to add that the name is Potato Croquettes. If you want to impress your hubby or visitors, add a cup of Exeter corned beef and slice in spring onions(green edges only) into the final mix. Stir and fry. The aroma na helele. Monday here I come.

    6. Xp dear, Irish potatoes are not suitable for this. They are come out right when baked.
As for the pepper its ok but I prefer the black pepper. 😊😊

And... Potato croquettes are different from this. Mashed potatoes are used instead.

Will try your suggestions when next I crave it πŸ˜†πŸ˜†
