The Rising Profile of Property Guru,Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo

Until now, very few people have heard of the name Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu Odibo. Notwithstanding, it was only a matter of time before the name began to gather momentum to becoming one of Nigeria's big time investors.

Prince Kazeem, also known as 'Last Born', was born into the household of late Chief Gbadamosi Eletu Odibo. The ‘Eletus' are known to be the high chiefs who from the onset install Lagos Monarch, hence the ‘Oriki' - (Appellation): 'Etu osi oba o je', which literally connotes 'Without Etu, no king could be installed'.

However, the well-respected late Chief was a big stakeholder in the property industry. His conquest of the Ojomu family in a land case) paved way for the Eletus to not only become bigger players in the real estate business, but also to dominate the scene.

Furthermore, this exceptional businessman stepped into the shoes of his father and began an illustrious path to greatness when he tied the knot with his beloved wife in 2014. The wedding which was smashing and a mother of all events at that time, hosted eminent dignitaries and monarchs. This was the kick-off into an epic adventure of greatness for the ambitious Prince.

Prince Kazeem possesses an in built talent to turn clay to gold.

Whilst it is not out of place to say that our amiable genius made a gallant entry into real estate in 2008, his imminent success can actually be traced back to 2002 when he built his first house at Osapa London and ever since, he has built many......

He is indeed a man with high class intelligence and incredible business competence. He is founder and CEO of ‘Kazeem Royal Properties Ltd', a company designated to provide comfortable and decent shelter and infrastructure. In a bid to accomplish the vision of the firm, Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu has in previous years singlehandedly sponsored the construction of better roads and other social infrastructure in the remote suburb of Osapa London where the company is located.

Consequently, 'Chairman', as he is popularly called, is not slowing down at all. He has to his name, extensive landed properties scattered across Ibeju Lekki, and he is embarking on a large scale housing project at Osapa Water Front, a lucrative settlement in Lagos Island. This as promised, will attract nothing but the best of hands in construction.

Talk of the global arena, you will definitely find Prince Kazeem's hands on the wall. He has, since, become one of the world's A-list international investors. He is an accomplished landlord with blocks of flats in France, South Africa, and he is eyeing an extension in Dubai and other Asian countries.

As a smart businessman, who deeply understands the word diversification, he had many other businesses. One of them, 'KRoyal Apartment', a first class Apartment which is exquisitely furnished to deliver comfort and luxurious royalty in the beautiful settlement of Osapa London, Lagos.

Besides this, he established an auto care which focuses on rendering quality automobile services and a well-equipped unisex saloon which makes people look best.

Lovers of good music are not left out of the draw board of this well decorated business mogul. ‘Royal Empire Music and Art Limited' is established for this purpose. Thanks to a man who is well aware that good music is a soothing relief for the troubled soul. Many artistes are signed to this record label.

It is noteworthy to inform that beyond the vast wealth and massive lands acquired, Prince Kazeem is a compassionate philanthropist and an accredited ECOWAS patron to the youth. His act of benevolence and philanthropism led to the birth of ‘Prince Kazeem Eletu Odibo Foundation' and "Kazeem Royal Empowerment Program" with the sole aim of empowering the youth to fulfil their dreams. This has earned him both national and international recognition.

Recently, ECOWAS decorated this outstanding genius with an ‘ECOWAS Senior Advocate for Youth Empowerment Award', to recognise his immense contribution to the better standard of living of people. His ingenuity and overwhelming success in the property scene has on two occasions earned him the prestigious City People Award.

Beyond reasonable doubt, Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu Odibo has risen to spotlight to set the pace and deliver to our hearts the possibility of success amidst varying obstacles. This piece of writing may end here, however, it is glaring to all that a star is not done shining. The journey has only begun!

    1. All the streets here in Osapa are named after the Eletu's. nice story but the only thing I don't like about him is the way his police escorts drive roughly even on our narrow streets. You have to park for Kazeem and his entourage to pass.
