From The Video, He explained it was a PR Stunt For His then New Single "Desire"...That His Manager Approached A Guy that was always posting pictures of Money on Instagram,"borrowed his Money pictures"and begged him to cause a commotion When He(Kcee) posts the "dollar Picture" On his own page.
