    1. All the girls whose vaginas were "tasted" before buying
      Are nothing but "edible toxins"
They are living in the house with a cheat
Who keeps tasting others to buy
      And soon, like roasted groundnut,
they will become fecal matter for the toilets and sewage

Palmy or palmwine if you want to buy from someone else, you will taste it to see if it is today's own or not.

  8. I think many Nigerian men/women tastes the "P" and "JT" of each other before agreeing on paying bride price.

I also believe a lot of people tastes Ìjebu garri, cooked walnuts, tiger nuts even carrots πŸ₯• and more before buying.

Over here, when I go to the street market; I always have a taste of watermelon πŸ‰, cherry tomato πŸ… honeydew and sometimes grapes πŸ‡ and cherries πŸ’ before buying.

Never done it but I've seen many women do it. Another one I've seen is women tasting bitterleaf and afang leaves. I "taste" palm fruits before buying. Lol

I was shocked n we checked about 3/4places before buying a bag. Since we married, I go alone. He checks for sand, ability to swell and the acidic taste.

      My mum does that too!
I dreaded going to the market with her while growing up.
      She can taste for Africa.
From crayfish to palm oil to rice. Infact everything😩. When I ask her is there really any need? She will just eye me from head to toe and says" i am tasting for freshness.look at you, you better be learning now before you buy rubbish to cook for your husband when you get married"
      πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

BTW, for the rice, when she bites at it, she says she'd know if it's the type that gets soggy or stays separated when cooked.
How does biting the raw rice determine that?
I am still wondering till today.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

      Delete
    2. Me too, just that I was taught that rice that is hard to bite, will raise well & won't turn watery unlike the one that is soft which won't raise at all, they are called old & new rice, the older the rice the dry it becomes & it raise well.
