America Wonder -The Ending?

Are you Ready to read this?It will blow your mind away...This Narrator no send!!!.....This link will take you to the other parts of this America wonder series

Let's talk about Sam

Sam was my uncle's friend. At dinner that day, I told Chinyere I was not happy she brought Sam along. She said she met Sam there. The other dinner guests were a couple from Nigeria and a lady, Sandra, who lived with Sam. Sam was a divorcee while Sandra was widowed. Sandra was fifty-two. Sam was fifty-six. Sandra was introduced to Sam by Sam's sister. Sam didn't like her enough for marriage because according to him, she was old. Due to the circumstances of their meeting, Sandra stayed back in Sam's house as a sister instead of as a wife.

When Sam tried to talk about my uncle, I told him I was not interested in that line of discussion. He pleaded. I listened. Sam told me that during my first visit to my uncle, he was informed because he needed a wife. Unfortunately, he couldn't come from Texas then to meet me before I traveled. I took another look at Sam and realized my uncle's hatred for me was not a child's play. How could he have imagined that I would marry Sam whose stomach alone weighed 90kg?

Shall I talk about his tobacco stained teeth? Even the popular Dr Miracle cannot perform his miracle on those teeth. His teeth were the teeth dentists referred to as occupational hazard.

Sam, without asking questions about the baby I came with or my marriage, assumed I was a single mom. He promised to take care of me so that my uncle and wife would regret what they did to me. Remember I promised you guys initially that there will be revelations. Well, I played along. He discouraged Chinyere from taking the baby back to Nigeria. The visiting couple and Sandra all expressed their disapproval too. In front of everyone, Sam promised to be the baby's father. I was not comfortable with the new twist but I was on the losing end.

Sandra promised to care for the baby while I worked. This was a welcome development because I spent $150 per week for babysitting services(transportation and feeding excluded), while I made a little less than $400 weekly, after taxes.

In New York, I worked from 12 noon to 9pm or 10:30pm. The time spent going from my office in New York to Sam's house in New Jersey was a little over an hour. Most times I spent the night. Other times he would drop me and the baby at my house. Sandra and the couple from Nigeria were in the house, so I was comfortable sleeping over.

Without asking me first, Sam told the couple and Sandra that he would like to marry me. They gave their support. When I came back, there was wine and food. Sam proposed to me . I laughed. You needed to see the sight. I didn't know if it was his knee or stomach that knelt down. I told them I would think about it. Sandra said if I refused, she would be charging me for baby sitting.

The man from Nigeria highlighted the good qualities of Sam. His wife called me aside and told me to marry Sam, so that I could get papers without hassle. I told her I didn't love Sam for marriage. She said, " nne, love is not the issue now. Are you not tired of suffering alone. Now, a financially stable man will take care of you". I told them to give me a few days to think about it. Sam asked for my father's number so he could start getting to know his potential father-in-law.

I gave him my Nigerian number. When he complained the number was not going through, I told him dad complained of phone issues.

On the eve of the couple's departure, I intentionally offended them so they wouldn't bother going to trace my family home.

Sam used to buy things for the baby, as he promised. Sandra was also of a great help. I called Sam one day for a heart-to-heart. I told him I was married . I had no marital issues. I told him I couldn't marry him. I also told him I could have pretended to marry him for papers because I wouldn't be the first married woman to do that. I just couldn't. He was happy I told him the truth. So I thought.

Sam automatically changed. He started asking for sex, unlike him. When I cautioned him, he would say, he still wanted to marry me. I knew he was crazy. Not crazy in love but isi mgbaka. Sandra too started charging me for babysitting. So, I stopped going there to avoid more complications.

I used Sam's address as my official address. It was a permanent residence. My house address was not stable then. When the going was good, I had issues with my paycheck. The bank mailed it to my uncle - my address when I opened my account. On the paycheck was Sam' s address. My uncle brought this letter (with the cheque) from the bank to Sam's house. Sam used to live in New York.

He relocated to New Jersey a month before we met. My uncle was not aware yet. Instead of meeting me, he met Sam. He was surprised. He asked Sam if he knew me. Sam denied because I warned him I didn't want to have anything to do with my uncle.

Weeks after Sam realised there was no cookie coming from me, he went back to my uncle to "confess" all that transpired between us, right from Chinyere's introduction. Chai. What an embarrassment!

My uncle, his wife and Sam finished me, according to my informant. My informant also called me when Uncle and Sam were chewing and digesting me. I heard with my own ears. Chinyere too called to cry to me about all the lies heaped on us. I decided that talk was cheap and repeated talk soon became stale. I wanted to move on. I couldn't move on well because their friendship became stronger. I lost any atom of respect they ever had for me. I decided to play petty too. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have done what I did but sometimes, you have to fight for yourself. Be your own karma.

By this time, a lady from Nigeria visited me. She lived with me. I used her phone to text my uncle what Sam told me about him. I gave him all the secrets about him that Sam knew, including doing drugs which made him erratic and violent most times. I don't know if he did drugs but Sam said so. My uncle was mad. From the replies, he also told me secrets about Sam. I had fun. I promised to meet him to reveal my identity. My guest traveled back. My identity not revealed.

Some people didn't believe that my uncle slapped me for nothing.

Well, he ran into Sam and beat him up. Before Sam could lift his 30kg arm to fight back, my athletic uncle would have dealt him several blows. It took the intervention of two men to stop the beating. For reasons best known to Sam, he didn't press charges but their friendship was severed. I was not happy their friendship ended but I was glad i was no longer the subject of discussion. She who laughed last allowed the others to laugh first.

Why all these stress and embarrassment, you may ask? For now, America is better than Nigeria. There are so many advantages and open doors associated with the Blue Passport. It does not mean everyone in America is living well or everyone in Nigeria is suffering. Standard of living is better here. You are not owed salaries. You can relatively feed well. Only you can choose the life you want for yourself. Don't make fun of another person's choice.

In the course of getting this Blue Passport, I have seen my neighbor watch another man kiss his wife. I have seen a woman who was kicked out of her matrimonial home by the Akata from the contract marriage. There are other times when an American citizen is nice to you, you begin to see the person as your Blue Passport. Several times we give our phone numbers to people we are not supposed to give to, just because we want a friendship that will lead to direct blue passport from them or referral.

Lawyers are involved during payment schemes but will always advise you to find your spouse yourself. Someone you are paying will give you stress, how much more someone you are not paying. It is better to find someone who at least has some genuine love for you the person, not you the sexual organs.

The blue passport is like pregnancy. Once you get it, you forget all you had to go through to get it.

Another way to get green card for you and your immediate family members is for you to invest a minimum of $500,000 in a business in America. Do you have it?

Ok guys, this may be the last of the series unless you guys want more revelation about life in America. In alternative, you can open to the Book of Revelation. My story is still being written.

*Madam, please continue,e too sweet and I am learning a lot too..dont mind those cussing you out, they want you to stop and you are falling...If America didnt break you,is it BV's that will?Gbagbe!!

  2. I'm not judging and I honestly salute your courage but you mean your husband allowed you to take a baby with you to America to 'hustle'?
To hustle for a passport? Because as you said you had a good job here.
He was ok with you living with different men? Ababio, Sam etc plus the ones you have not mentioned? Do you have an open marriage or this was just for the quest for citizenship?

    5. The truth is looking back now,I am sure you can't be proud of all you did in your quest for green card. From removing wedding ring, joining dating sites and meeting different men.You can't tell us you did not sleep with some if not all of them in order to get them to do your bidding.no matter the suffering,i don't think it is worth it for a married woman to go through this your ordeal.

    6. She can't be proud of what she did? Lmao! Y'all play to much mehn... So men who go over there, get married and brings you over as his sister/househelp should be ones parading their achievement with pride? You lots see that as normal, don't you? 11. Madam I use chineke beg,pls don't stop this series..
I so much love your use of words..
But in reality you and I have somethings in common. I would have done the exact thing you did to your uncle and Sam or probably done worst. I don't wait for karma to help treat the fuck up of my adversaries, I simply become their karma and bite their a** off with out mercy. Good you gave it to them hot..its high time people realized there's nothing like karma. You either watch your enemies walk away free or you kamarized them yourself.

Pls,keep this series coming, biko. Am really learning a lot. And am sure it will be of help to anybody that wants to relocate later in the future.

  16. Do you people actually know what a STALLION is?

It is a CASTRATED male horse.

I always laugh when I hear ignorant Nigerians use the term especially with reference to a particular female singer....LMAO

    * I guess everyone has their own definition of strength.

  17. Okay,America wonder lady. You are brave, funny and smart and I assume you must have thought everything out but I have one question for you. Knowing fully well you can't get the GC without getting married, how then do u plan on getting the GC. Cos it might seem nice n okay at first.
If you don't plan on getting married or doing arrange marriage, I would advice you to switch to f1, den u can go to skul and stil do you arranged work, there you have a chance of becoming resident but it will take years, I mean 5 to 10 yrs before getting GC. Since that time is too long, and considering you are married, then you should do arranged marriage then, pay some1 for it. It cost 7 to 12k dollars. With that u can hv your temporary gc in 6 month and permanent in 2 yrs den u can bring your husband or you'll have the liberty to travel as much as you want. I think this is the best option for you. Another good news is uncontested divorce in the state of newyork is 2 weeks. Be smart babe. Time is going.

  19. Stella, kindly filter the sentences containing payment-for-marriage expose or just ask the writer to not be too explicit. These immigration people have researchers on payroll collating data on arrangee marriage. We don't want then to think it's a Nigerian thing, biko.

  20. I love reading from you dear. Continue...

  21. My dear. It’s better you go home and stop deceiving yourself. You cannot do arranged marriage because your visa application probably said that you are married. All these things will come up in your GC application. I don’t even think all this stress is worth it. America is not easy. It’s better you find your way to Canada to preserve yours and your family’s dignity. You will easily get permanent residence with your oil company experience. One day they will catch you as being undocumented and you will lose in all ways.
