Noor Dubai foundation also announced the launch of a four year treatment and prevention plan foe eye disease in Nigeria, as part of the programme more than 18,000 eye surgeries will take place and more than 70,000 people suspected of suffering from eye disease will be screened, a further 4,000 people who suffer from visual impairment will be educated and screened .
The programme will also raise aware
ness about visual diseases and prevention to more than 1.5 million Nigerians.
