  14. Hubby is having egg roll with tea while I'm eating hot jollof rice with goat meat. Its suppose to be lunch but I'm so hungry egg roll won't do.
    Egg roll recipe
    Flour
    Sugar
    Butter
    Baking powder
    An egg(optional)
    Pinch of salt.
Mix all ingredients together and add water to form a dough, the dough must not be flowing pls.
Use your discretion for the measurement.
Cut out dough into sizable balls and put your boiled egg in the middle and cover up. Repeat for all dough.( you can cover for about 30mins if you are not in a hurry).
Fry in vegetable oil, the oil must not be too hot before you put your roll if not it won't fry deeply and make sure you fry on low heat.
    A trial will convince you.

  15. Can any BV based in London tell me where I can buy correct Ewa Agonyin? Most Nigerian restaurants/caterers are not that great. I need a caterer who can cater privately and deliver food regularly. Thank you.

The same way you cook your beans

It's just that I parboil my beans to wash away the chemical, after parboiling add your fresh corn and add enough onions.Leave it for like 30minutes.When it's very soft add atarodo, alot of palm oil, Maggi and salt. After 10minutes,your adalu is ready. Onions and palmoil is the secret. I prefer honey beans

  19. Smallies are taking their normal foods.

It's hot plates of Spaghetti Bolognese all the way for adults. (6 types of pepper in, spring onions, and the kidney chops were fried dry first before the mix up).
Aroma na die as the curry powder and coriander plenty.
