I eat whatever I want in whatever quantity. I don't exercise, hardly sleep 5 hours each day let alone 8. I am 29 yet people at first glance always think am 18 except when I open my mouth to talk for a few minutes or when they see what I have achieved. So no secret, it's simply genetics.

However, i have learnt that your response/attitude puts people in their place.
