Tell teejay to send a video of himself holding up his birth certificate or any other valid means of identification. Then tell your investigators i.e jay Moore to dig for the authenticity. That’s the only way to confirm the truth!
I can bet with my belly fat that teejay will run away after this citing embarrassment and what not.

Ola, it's very possible for him to receive items from all locations, it's a matter of getting his fellow scammer to stand in for him in different location so don't be moved by that.
