I GOT THE JOB

Hi Stella, a while ago there was an advert for hostel parents/ house parent. I just applied reluctantly. Weeks later, was called for an interview. I had forgotten about the job I applied for. Even wondered how and when I applied.

I went, and discovered it was the job I applied for here. The HR (who is a BV) is very nice. She even stated she only posted the job on SDK, so for us to be there meant we got to hear about it from here.

Well, did the first and second interview, and I got the job. Just like that. The remuneration is good. And I'm here to thank SDK and the HR. Let me not mention her name. I can bet she knows it's me already. Let me wait quietly for her questioning.

She's a good woman *Stella please thank her for me* God bless SDK. Kisses Stells

Thank you to the BV who employed you...God bless her.Madam please do not hesitate to bring another Vacancy here.

FROM THE COMMENT SECTION

I did something last week, I regret it greatly and don't know how to make amendment. Pls I need suggestions.
I stole about 150 naira worth of pepper and some satchet of pure water from a stall.

In my area, some sellers don't put all their wares inside the shop at night especially pepper and bags of water, they merely cover it with nylon. I waited for them to close and as soon as everywhere was dark I tiptoed to the shop and made away with the above mentioned stuff.

After having endured hunger for days I couldn't bear for us to go to bed hungry again or stay hungry the following day. The pepper was used to prepare concoction rice with the little rice left at home.

I forgot we won't eat the concoction rice forever, I also wasn't expecting the guilt of what I did to stay with me forever but dear friends I haven't had rest of mind from guilt, especially since the woman selling the pepper greets me well each time I walk past her shop.

I've been thinking that I should walk up to her and confess my crime. Please how best can I do so to avoid embarassment? Help me with suggestions please #iregretitsincerely #3187 #help #toobad

*You stole pepper?you might have stolen a curse to follow your generation forever.......OMG!!!....Please make sure you look for the money to pay whilst you are confessing and pray she forgives you from the heart.....
Why didnt you beg for the pepper instead of stealing it?And you stole water?Hmm devil really has your address cos if someone uses water and pepper to swear for you,na correct curse be that!!!!
Send me an email and if i am convinced YOU ARE THE THIEF,i will send you the money to go and pay and beg for forgiveness!!!

  1. All of you girls that shoot pill bullets at babies that are taking shelter in your wombs, remember that your mamas did not shoot you off.
And those of you that still pursue the babies that escaped the pill bullets to suffocate them, remember that you were not suffocated but exclusively breastfed when you were born.
Remember that in as much as you do all that you determine in your hearts to do, God will bring you to judgment.

  3. Do you think the God who is so precise, so detailed, that He causes the earth to rotate down to the millisecond and has stars, planets, and galaxies perfectly in place, is somehow going to falter on the plan for your life? Do you think He'll let something happen that wasn’t designed, a bad break that would keep you from your destiny? If He made a mistake with you, you would be the first one. Trust Him when you’re under construction. Trust Him when you’re in messy places. Trust Him even when you’re sure it’s a mistake. -Joel Osteen

Sometimes God's plan for your life is that you do not get wed or get pregnant. sometimes God's plan for your life is that you remain poor. Whatever God's plan for our lives no matter how it may look, let us always give thanks and love God completely. 6. @Ammie, I make banga wella and I've never pounded...since I got married though. Here's how my mom taught me:

Cook your banga till it's very soft (the oil will not come out on the fire so don't fear).

When it's done, put it in a bowl bit by bit while it's still hot and squeeze out the outer layer from the kernel.

Pour water bit by bit as you do it.

Make sure you squeeze hard till you've extracted the oil.

      That's all.

One derica of banga takes me at most 30mins to extract. But if you're cooking larger quantity, it's better to pound.

Not justified o just sad that one even has to contemplate stealing such in the first place. Poster, please give the seller the money when you have it but Dont tell her you stole the items o. Ask God for forgiveness and please NEVER steal again, its too dangerous. God will show up for you. Amen

    3. This was why in the Old Testament God instructed the children of Israel to never harvest every of their crop but leave some for the poor to harvest...

Also, if someone steals and is caught and proven to be because of hunger and it is clear that the things he took were just enough to feed him or his family, he was freed. This did not encourage stealing but underscores the importance of that fundamental human need being met

  34. Those Ankara designs are fine. More customers to you.

Lady who stole, what if you were caught? You could have just waited till morning and bought the stuff on credit. I'll suggest, you go on your knees and beg her, cry if you can. She may forgive you out of pity.

The man that has turned his wife to cooking machine... weldone. If I hear she didn't see a trace of such nature in him before they married😏! She just overlooked. Typical traditional man! Call me picky, but I knew what I wanted and I took my time. There are still men that carry their wives like eggs o. Don't go and marry a man that will stress your life for any reason. Ha! Be patient.

Chiki, that Yoruba stew you saw yesterday is all I've been thinking of. Olori, please teach us how to make it now😘😘😘. That one with palm oil gan gan...the aroma eh

    4. Anon squeeze 'ripe' lemon into a cup of water (room temperature) and drink. You'll be relieved. Start taking it a day to your menses every morning and night. Note that my emphasis is on ripe, not unripe or semi ripe. The ripe one is more effective you won't know you're even on your period pain wise.

  43. Why do some men think they can/would treat a woman any how they like cos they think the woman can't take a walk?

He intentionally mistreat/provokes me whenever he likes and keeps using the phrase "a woman stays to bear all pains cos of her children".

Nags like nothing I can imagine for false accusation of stealing his money, sleeping with imaginary men and what not.

Why do some men think they can use a woman to wipe their arse and the woman should remain calm and eat the shit cos of her " kids"?
Keeps threatening me of how if I leave he won't ever let me set eyes on my children again and how he would spoil me before the children and tell his mother to tell the children I am dead.

How I'm an orphan and from a poor background and how he is God sent to my life.
    Isn't this emotional blackmail?

What he doesn't know is that he has made my mind to become stony and I don't care about all of those and will damn the consequences and walk into the streets.
I'll rather die on the streets than stay here and die!

Told me some days ago that it is #200 that made a man kill his wife.

Which I can tell him my mind, but this "heartless beast" can just terminate me at the middle of the night and run away.

    Damn this beastly demon!
Damn what some stupid women will say and think of me.
    Damn what anybody would say!

  44. Don't confess anything unless you feel God is directing you to do so in your spirit. When you have money, just buy stuff of #200 and tell her to keep the #800 change.

But if you want to confess, don't just tell her you stole, just say you wanted to buy things to cook on credit, but when you got to her shop, she had closed and you had nothing at home and your family was hungry, so when you saw the pepper, you just took some and a little water. That what you took is not worth more than this amount. Then pay her afterwards.

Just be tactful, and tell her not to be offended

    1. I wanted to type the same thing.
Buy something and tell her to use the change to buy something for her kids. If you go straight to the point and tell her you stole those things and beg and pay her, before your know it now, she will spread it around that you are a thief and other women will be looking at you with side eyes in the neighbourhood. Is it not women again?

  48. to the woman that stole pepper, simply buy 150 naira worth of pepper and water from another shop and return it just the way you stole it at night when no one is watching. i have been in your shoes before but mine was fuel, i took ny neighbour's fuel when he travelled and poured it in my generator cos i was so broke and needed to charge my phone as i was expecting a call for an interview. as soon as i got money, i bought the fuel and returned it before he returned and i had peace of mind. no need to tell her, just buy it and return it. pele. poverty issa bastard
