    My grandma is kanuri but reside in Kano, I could remember our househelp having some blood related issues years ago, and one Niger man came to extract the bad blood from her back! It was creepy to see horns at her back, gave me nightmares for months.

  5. Oh wow! I thought this was from the ancient form of acupressure. Didn't know we have our native forms here. Swimmers and other athletes do this as well, 'cupping'.

    1. Gbam! There is modern day cupping. I do it as part of my massages. Very good especially for draining the lymphatic nodes.
