In a chat with OAP Freeze, Timaya finally talked about what really transpired 9 years after the incident.
He said, “Before we broke up, she wanted me to get her a Murano…I gave her money to get [that] car. Then, a girl bought me a Honda Pilot for my birthday, just a fan. No strings attached yet. I didn’t want it, but one of my boys was like, ‘it’s a gift’, and I was like, ‘ok.’”
“[Empress] took the car and was driving it, but she didn’t know it was a gift. Then, we broke up,” he continued, adding that the actress didn’t actually buy the car with the money he had previously given her.
Things got murky when the woman who gifted him the Honda Pilot learned that Empress was driving it at the moment.
“She said, ‘IF you don’t want to drive the car because you think it’s too low for you, then give me back my car.” That made the singer decide to collect the car from Empress Njamah.
*Timaya stop answering questions like this,Empress has moved on and so have you...ah ah.....'Hiss'
Stella, allow him naa, this is the first time timaya is talking about this car issue and him saying it out now will make a lot of people understand that he didn't collect the car that he gift empress instead he collected the car that empress took from his house even thou he gave empress money to buy her murano from America, I watched the dull video on YouTube a video of over 2 hrs, and he said he has heard people pass remark like "you wan do like timaya wey go collect wetin him dash person?"

Just like we always say, there's always 3 sides to a story. Timaya is finally saying his, people should let him talk. And if he's lying, that's all people should be talking about not why he should be talking about this
But dis is not d first time we are hearing about his own version of the story..He granted several interviews about it back and even dedicate a whole diss track to Empress..

Something led to this discussion of girlfriend and freeze ask him about the car issue and empress, he didn't say any negative thing about empress, jnfact empress really helped him because he was just coming up and empress has been in the industry for long,

He did not dump her..if u watched d interview,he said they had issues and Empress broke up with him,after begging her for over one month to come back,she still refused bcos according to Timaya,a lady gave him a car gift which annoyed Empress.. I'm sure she left bcos of his cheatings.. So don't say he dumped her after helping him.. I know some men are heartless but dis situation has nothing to do with it.

ReplyDeleteI listened to the entire convoy and its sad that this artist hasnt moved on,9years after. What is more appaling is him saying he has achieved having three children,but nothing has being heard from the other side-meaning Empress hasnt achieved anything. What came to mind was that ill fated Sosoliso plane crash where a family lost all three children,imagine that this man had being bragging about his children as an achievement whilst using same to mock aonther? Point is only a dead man should use his achievement to mock another ,because trust me you can lose all that.
