  13. nurses at the general hospital nurse's station. they can frustrate you in emergency situation. I almost lost my child in January because they said they boy does not look like he is in pains so,I should join the cue of about 34 persons b4 me to see a doctor. meanwhile my boy was seriously struggling to breath. thank God for the intervention of a doctor passing by,who heard me pleading with them. the boy had to be put on oxygen immediately.

  19. Wonderful list. I remember my mum telling us that you have to respect PA,secretaries,securities,non-academic staff of universities. They can spoil your destiny. Imagine preventing you from seeing an oga that could have helped at a particular time. You miss seeing him and the next opportunity will come up in two or five years' time!
You forgot to add that scarf- tying(like deeper life...yes!!!)lady in such a position and you are even desperate.Ha!!
