Red, white and black ballons, beach mat, deco, etc... and both of them conveniently dressed accordingly for a surprise birthday. And a cameraman conveniently there all the time. Ugh. I'm not sure but I don't think ceec feels the exact same for him. From her interview where she says they are just friends, plus her expressions in the video. You can tell Leo adores her by the way he looks at her. it is always better when the guy likes you a bit more. You can also tell he brings out the best in her. None of us are bad but different people bring out different sides; either the good or the bad. This is coming from someone that could not stand Ceec when she was in the house.
