Good Morning People Of SDK Blog.................

I had a very very sleepy night and i hope you found time to rest as well.

This is calling on all BVs who have good things they no longer need and would love to give them away to contact me so that we can do a post giving the items away..............

You all know my stand on the 'Playing Santa Post' this year............I am trying to sanitise this place..........

What do you think? If you were me would you do the post?Am i being unfair in not making the post............This is just a poll to find out what you think and not one to convince me to change my mind

I would really appreciate if this conversation is kept neat and no insults or shades are thrown.

Does anyone have new ideas for things to gift Husband or wife for Christmas?

Have a fulfilling day and may God not let us miss the reason for the season....

Kisses to you all.

    1. Stella bae,my night was peaceful and Sweet. I believe the decision whether to do Santa or not lies with you. If you wanna do it to appreciate your blog buddies, its not a bad idea and if you don't wanna do it bcos of Christmas giveaway scavengers who only appears during the season to grab whatever is available here and disappear afterwards no lele.
Whatever decision you take,we your loyal fans will still love you and stand behind you gidigba like iroko tree. We shall continue visiting this blog until Jesus returns.

    2. Just do the damn Santa post, who go beg go beg. And some normal bvs also end up receiving gifts, it’s not only for those in need, gifts are appreciated by all, it’s a fun post

    3. Don't do any give away now Stella. Keep whatever donations you get and do it at an odd time like in January or February, when all the scammers will least expect and things will be tight for people then, so the giveaway will be highly appreciated

  4. You have never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you. It's a season of love and happiness as we celebrate. Is there a thing or two you can give out to those who can't afford it? Why not reach out  and pick up those fairly used item still in perfect condition in your closets and bless someone today.

If you can, please put a smile on someone face this yuletide, it mustn't be something big but show them love and care. It should be a season of togetherness among families, couples and friends.

10 Of The Best Relationship Goals To Nurture Intimacy

Let's learn about creating real relationship goals to protect and enhance your love with your spouse or partner. Ask anyone who is married or in a committed relationship what their number one priority is, and the majority of people will say, “My relationship.” Acccording to social psychologists Roy Baumeister and Mark Leary in a groundbreaking report, humans have an inherent motivation to belong with others in close and intimate relationships. They theorize that we are “naturally driven toward establishing and sustaining belongingness.”

Belongingness is more than a superficial connection or casual sexual relationship. It is a need for deep and meaningful bonding with another person.

Baumeister and Leary argue that this bonding is essential for our well-being, and without it, we can suffer mental and physical illness. But as important as our love relationships are to our health and happiness, it is curious how little time we spend taking care of them. We'll spend hours at our jobs, pursuing our hobbies, shuffling children to various activities, and hanging out on social media. But how much time do we spend nurturing and improving our love relationships? If you are married or in a committed relationship, stop for a moment and consider the amount of time you spend actively working to strengthen it. If it's not much, you certainly aren't alone. When we enter a romantic relationship, it feels like the intoxicating fuel of infatuation will power the relationship forever. But over time, that fuel runs low, and the relationship begins to hobble along on vapours.

This is the time when miscommunication, conflicts, frustrations, and boredom can sabotage the relationship and undermine the intimacy and joy of both partners. Many couples aren't sure what to do at this point, so they don't do much of anything to revive their connection. How can couples immunize their relationship from the inevitable stresses and strains of life? How can they enjoy the profound satisfaction that is possible in a committed, long-term relationship? The answer is by understanding the stages of a relationship and setting mutual couple goals. This requires a commitment to daily actions to reach the best relationship goals for you and your spouse or partner.

    What are couples relationship goals?
You have goals for your career or for your personal life. You may have goals for your own personal development and self-improvement. Just as you have personal or professional goals, you and your partner can mindfully consider what your best relationship goals will be and how you're going to achieve it. Your relationship or marriage is a dynamic and evolving connection. But if you don't think proactively about what your future together should look like and how you can grow and evolve together, you may just grow apart. Individuals and couples change over time, and these changes can lead to disconnection, conflicts, and unhappiness. But when the two of you work together toward a common vision, while remaining flexible and nimble as life changes arise, you can protect your bond and enjoy all of the benefits of relationship goals.

  18. So yesterday I asked my hubby to finance my Christmas shopping because I am kinda broke (dem never pay salary). He said no that I am not being prudent with money and that how did I spend 60k in 10 days. I have 2 kids who like the good things of life plus why have money and not splash it on yourself (he has investments but he has got an addiction of investing and saving).

I know he has this money. So this morning I thought to myself how do I get him to change his mind. Then boom! The answer came just like that:SEX

I have never used SEX to get my way. I just have it for pleasure. I wondered if it will work because I hear some ladies saying it does not work on their men. Nothing ventured nothing gained right? So I got up from bed, instead of my booorring routine of bathing for the kids and cooking, I freshened up. Put on a sexy wear and went to seduce him from sleep.

Well after the whole rendezvous, without even asking him, he asked my plans for today. I told him. He told me to cancel (I am on leave ) and that we are going shopping plus he is going to cook and take care of the kids while I go to the pedicurist.

Hmm so SEX is this powerful and I have been dulling myself.

Honestly the way a lot of these auto geles look ehn, you will think the bride is wearing Chioma Jesus Beret.
Biko if you must use auto gele, make sure its not those types that looks like they were made of carton.

    6. Hi InvincibleB
I have a very oily face too and this is my normal routine
      1. After my morning bath, I hardly apply lotion to my face (I apply at night instead)
      2. Once I dry my skin, I sray niya makeup primer water spray on my face
      3. I allow to almost dry then I apply my ponds primer for VERY OILY SKIN all over my face
      4. I set all over my face with my black opal invisible oil blocking loose powder
      5. I apply my zikel matte foundation or any other matte foundation I am using that day
6.I apply concealer to my under eyes, nose, forehead, eye area, etc
      7. I set my concealer with my fayre gold or sacha setting powder
      8. I countor, apply blush and set my face AGAIN with black opal matte compact powder
      9. I spray my face with niya Setting Spray then highlight, do my eyes, brows and lips.
As you can see, I use A LOT of products, and my makeup lasts till 7pm when I get home.
If you want your make up to last very well, you have to use more than one primer, a very very good setting powder, an oil-less matte foundation, a super matte finishing powder and an oil-less setting spray.
The key to long lasting makeup is a combination of the right products with the right formula.
Anything less than the above for oily skin would make you have greasy skin.

  30. Those of you planning to give your whole salary to your pastors in January in the name of FIRST FRUIT, I have a message from God, He says that POVERTY shall be your reward and it will crush you. I am not a churchy person, I am not the most religious and I don’t know why God keeps laying this message in my heart for Nigerian Christians, God said the poverty in 2019 will crush Christians because of DISOBEDIENCE.

    3. So in other words people should not give their salary as 1st fruits.

Makeup classes from good artists, soap making, bead making classes, etc. Not just what people will eat in one day and forget.

For Christmas I was stuck between getting my husband shoes or perfume. I chose a perfume that he mentioned he liked.

  43. STELLA STOP DOING GIVE AWAY OF ANY FORM. GIVING GIFTS OF ANY FORM. YOU WILL GET BADLY BURNT IN THE PROCESS. NIGERIANS ARE UNGRATEFUL PROPLE AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, YOU WILL REGRET DOING ANY GOOD FOR THEM . If you feel like doing good, go to shelters in Germany there and donate or donate to unicef funds, people here will make you burn your fingers while doing good for them . I have come to the conclusion that most people here are ‘oloriburuku’ and their spirit doesn’t want good for them. If you do good to them, you will get into trouble. I HAVE WARNED YOU. ENTER 2019 WITH NATIVE WISDOM AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM UNNECESSARY TROUBLE.
