    1. Lol. That was how my sister was disturbing me to bring a man. In fact her husband said if I am interested in any man, I should let him know so he can check him out for me. They were on my case so much so I mentioned a name from no where. Hahaha. Come and see reply back from wherever. He said that the “supposed” guy was okay for me but that his mum is a bit off. That the coast is clear to go. Go where? Which man? lol.
I did not even let them know there was no one that had that name. That I just gave a name out of the blues to see what they came up with. They just mumu themselves.

    2. Ok. let me perch here. How to identify a fake pastor. They are so money conscious. they preach more about prosperity, seed sowing, tithes and offering like their life depends on it cos that's where they get their daily bread from. always shouting and jumping like a frog and speaking in tongues. Some dress to kill like they've made it in life. especially the jobless and broke ones.😎 they call themselves names like prophet Godsent, prophet Answer, Prophet Messiah, prophet excellent, etc. They always ask for money no matter how small.

    3. I try as much as possible not to be under pressure to visit them because I believe in praying through every situation on my own and relying on the world of God but if I must visit any, I am always red alert in my spirit, the moment what they are saying is contrary to the word of God running is the next thing.

  2. I have never encountered any.... I can identify them when I go for counseling or if I ever have any private prayer meeting with any.
When I meet you and you start starring at my boobs or my lips. ...I mark you as fake or not truly led by the Holy Ghost.

I give you my number as someone I trust to pray for me and u start calling me in the wee hours of the night and telling me how the Holy Ghost appeared to you to tell me things.

  4. I think by their fruit ye shall know them. Also when what they ask you to do does not tally with what the bible says. I will also be reading comments because this subject is very dicy. I read somewhere in the book of 2 chronicles 18:19-27 where God himself put lying spirit in the Prophets that were dining and wining with the king just to destroy the king.
These prophets of God gave false prophecy at that moment.

  6. Any prophesy that does not include time, date and place of occurance is certainly from a fake prophet. Watch all the prophets in the bible. Elijah will say from now onwards according to my word, their will be no rain, it happened exactly like that till he went back to cancel it through prayer. Another one, by this time tomorrow, food will be sold for half a penny, it also happened. The similarity in these two prophesies is that they have time, date and place. So be careful of those prophets that will say I think, or it may or maybe... Run

    2. Some bible prophecies mentioned names, what might happen at about the fulfillment, number of years it could take and events taking place when the counting should start. There was always something specific about the Bible prophecies. Eg 1st Tim 3:1-5 talks about last days and behaviors we would see. Nobody needs a soothsayer to tell u we are there now.

  7. In my opinion, Once a prophet mentions you need to pay for a miracle red flags go off. The bible clearly says " ..Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give." I don't believe miracles are for sale. You should be able to give willingly.

  8. “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

What Jesus meant is that they lack the "fruit of the Spirit" -Galatians 5:22 etc. -the character of a Christian; Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, self control etc.
But they have abundance of the works of the flesh Gal. 5:19; sexual immorality/lust, denominationalism, jealousy, greed etc.
So when you see their evil fruits, do not make excuses for them. Jettison them.

    1. 18:43, they call her "mama Apo". The strange thing about her is that she's an unadulterated illiterate. She speaks and gesticulates like an ugwu seller. One strong point she has, is her unquestionable beauty. Aside that, she's just another con artist. Once in a while, I give people that get scammed by smooth-talking crooks like Oyakhilome, Oyedepo, Okotie et al, the benefit of doubt. But anybody that gets scammed by this beautiful illiterate called mama Apo is worse than a Buhari supporter. I went there on a certain week day (I think it was a Wednesday or Tuesday), to track down a thief that absconded with my money. The type of bullshit our mama Apo was spewing, almost made me puke. On the other side, ALL Nigerian pastors and so-called prophets are VERY FAKE!

  12. I am married to a missionary who has a calling for less privileged folks. When we were in courtship, I introduced him to my then "pastor" whom I'd told about him and he was actually encouraging me, so both men began talking. After their meet, I noticed that my pastor suddenly began changing the topic whenever I mention him. He no longer asked about him which was his usual behavior. I had to see my fiance and asked what went wrong. He told me that from day one, "pastor" made it clear that he will wed us and we both will be "workers in his church". My guy being the kind of person you can't intimidate told him point blank that it was impossible as both of us understood our calling very well. He tried the scripture to confuse him but for each one he quoted in the wrong context, my guy taught him five in response. So that was the "deal breaker" for the fake. I simply left the church and stuck to my now husband. A lot of ladies fell victims of being match-made with "brothers in the church" and all those "weddings" that I know broke down irreparably.
So how do you know them?
    1. You must know your scriptures inside out; the very words of Jesus
    2. Their characters depict the works of the flesh; greed, jealousy, lust, manipulation (witchcraft) etc. Gal. 5:19
    3. They make little or no effort to mortify the flesh through fasting. When Jesus taught that his followers should fast more than the Pharisees (> twice a week; sunrise to sunset)
    4. Do not stay a day longer if you identify one

That was how me and my friend went to a church the man claimed to be seeing vision came to our seat called out my name grace, and me and my friend bear same name...so we didn't respond we told him we were both grace that he may have to indicate which grace he meant,he looked at me picked me and told my friend holy spirit said today and not ur turn...and told me exactly what I told the person who invited me claiming it was a vision lmao,in the exact way o i told the invitee and asked me to come drop a seed of 100k I just carry my bag jeje vamoz...
Then I told the sister who invited me that she was the one who told the pastor about me, cox she didn't know about my friend the pastor couldn't see any vision for her.....fakess always stand ur ground and tell them the truth.

He didn't believe when I told him the man(guest pastor) was fake....
He Confirmed it one month after the program....

  16. How is a prophet/prophetess?

A prophet/prophetess is a medium between God and man

A fake prophet/prophetess doesn't necessarily mean a poor looking individual

A fake prophet/prophetess can tell you your past experiences and histories and might be true but its not from the spirit of God, according to the book of Matthew 24:24 where Jesus said false prophets will show great signs and wonders to deceive many

A fake prophet can give you a prophecy that will come to pass understanding the source where your prophet/prophetess is tapping from is very important

Discerning spirit is the key to identifying who a fake prophet/prophetess is, according to 1john4 it says: believe not every spirit but try the spirit whether they are of God

A real one does the opposite, does more of praying and asks that you trust and believe in God more.

  21. most fake have acquired spirit of seeing vision, the problem is in the solution for the problem. building ones relationship with God is the ultimate. when they start demanding money or things , I label them as fake. prophesy or non I don't care about them.

  22. That a prophecy haven't come to pass doesn't necessarily mean it's not from God. Remember the case of Abraham, though it tarried but it came to pass

A prophet can be used as a messenger to deliver a message from God and most times a prophecy comes with a clause that is there are steps you're expected to do

A prophecy most come to pass if its from God Deuteronomy 18:22. However, some things are not meant to happen immediately

  23. I just know them o I visited a church where the pastor was asking the congregation to come shake his hands with money, He started from 1000naira, 500, 200 and then 100. This same man tore a 5naira's note and laid a curse on the person for dropping 5naira in the offering box...If you hear the kind curse eh, even native doctor nor fit swear that kind bad curse for person...so many false prophets using the church as a money making venture

I graduated and got married immediately after service. Took in after 3 months of marriage and delivered safely. 2 kids now with a good job.

No matter how you are rich keep your money he tells you the way it is, in his fellowship it pure prayers nothing like sit down to be prayed for. right now we are on 7days fasting 6-6 to be rounded up tomorrow with severe prayers. 32. That is how I went to see one like that who has a popular church for a challenge I was facing. He began to ask of my family members saying there is something about a particular one. He said mention all their names so I can pray, keep calling their names. Little did I know there was a tape recorder recording the names. Same week or couple of days later during one of the church services he was walking around looking for me to download the "prophesy" as I didnt seat on my usual spot. He finally located me and started like this. " Who is so so, I answered" The whole church screamed accuracy. He then said who is so so another name. I said I didnt know, he kept repeating it, I kept saying I didnt know. Because it was someone's middle native name and he didnt pronounce it well. He then went on to say everything he had asked me in the office and exactly the answers I had given making it sound to the church like he has never heard it before that hour. I was so disappointed, meanwhile the congregation was shouting prophesy, prophesy. But I knew everything he said was all he asked and i told him few days before. And the sow seed after every message was something else as if the name of Jesus has lost its efficacy and one needed money to pay for prayers to be answered. They will have young boys scanning peoples social media profile to try to get some information about people and claim its prophecy. Whats the use of you telling me names and all but what brought me is yet to be answered and I am expected to pay? After that day I left. Afterall God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent and has never changed. I call Him anywhere and he answers me.

  35. All of them are fake but if u don’t believe me I will tell u how to recognize the ones that are more glaring. They’re all the same, they use the same tactics but change a few things here and there. If they tell you as a woman that you have marine spirit and you have to come for deliverance run, it’s a lie they want to sleep with you. If their congregation is 80% women they’re fake don’t argue with me πŸ˜‚ because men are hard to brain wash and they can’t have sex with them except they’re gay of course. if they ask for money for anything Issa fake. If an unknown church member or stranger come out to give testimony Issa fake, it’s called arrangee. If they do deliverance and say someone has a demon inside them, and the give microphone to the demon and be asking the demon questions and the demon is a woman speaking with a man tone Issa scamπŸ˜‚ it’s also arrangee and that person has practiced for days. Which demon wan Dey talk for mic, if the pastor see demon he fit stand?πŸ˜‚ if they’re are calling out someone’s full phone number saying it was revealed to them it’s a scam na person when know u give am your phone number πŸ˜‚ how are u guys gullible enough to believe that another human being like you has the ability to see things that you can’t see, and hear from God but you cannot hear? Are they on God’s vip list or what? So God got a message for u but won’t tell u but instead tell another person that will require u to pay to receive it. Odiegwu! There’s nothing special about them they’re worse than u wen it comes to committing sin sef. If anyone is seeing things and hearing things that others around them can’t. Those are signs of mental illness, they should be taken to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation.
