My mom said it was suffering then.that they will queue.soldier will harass them.no freedom.u will be under the sun hours just to get one thing.soldiers will be harrassing the seller.delaying them on the queue.at times before it's ur turn.small argument soldeirs will throw away the seller item.they on d queue will just be frustrated

  8. I remember this very well. For the first time, Nigerians queued up. Civil servants were seated by 730am. There was hardly any traffic and there was constant electricity and even water. The down side was that the soldiers were brutal but only to people who for instance broke or infringed on the law, e.g I crossed the road at the wrong place (they made me frog match till i fainted thank God they did not use koboko on me)
