      I’ll use the Beef and Tripe to make Beef curry or tomatoe curry.
      I’ll use the Escargot 🐌 for The Ghanaian shitto.
      The winkle and the other stuff I’ll use it to make Egusi with Bitter leaf or Callaloo(Caribbean style ) .
