INEC Chairman, Yakubu Mahmood announced this during a press briefing at the ICC, Abuja.
According to him, “The INEC National Collation Center has adjourned results proceedings to resume 11am on Monday. Collation of results has been postponed till tomorrow 25th February. To open by 11:00AM at the international conference center.”

Some days ago, one boy here who sees himself as a ‘political analyst’ because he lives in self-deception said that Saraki was a ‘smarter’ politician than Tinubu. He started with his usual bluffing to explain the reason why he thought so. I just laughed and laughed again over the theatrics in his comment. Yes, you don’t like Tinubu (just like many of us) but don’t be so petty and childish to think that Saraki who, of late, didn’t have a strong grip on his local government, not to talk of his senatorial district (and by extension, his state) is a better politician than Tinubu who controls different political structures, states governmental apparatuses and countless numbers of political appointees in several local governments, senatorial districts, wards, states and federal constituencies. Which politician in Nigeria has that kind of control than Tinubu? Even the president who is loved in many parts of the North does not have that kind of control in states, senatorial districts, house of reps and other political appointee choices.
