    8. As in..I dont even live in Nigeria and I am upset that some people voted for this tyrant. I'm grateful to God for the privilege that my family members who live in Nigeria are well-to-do and live very comfortably. However, others are not that privileged and to appoint someone who has dementia and whose mental capacity is deteriorating as the President, just beats me. Moghalu was there, Sowore was there but Nigeria's still made it a race between Buhari and Atiku, same old same old.
I don't even understand why I am this mad. It's just sad.

I have been vindicated on my initial stand of argument, that those who count the votes decides the election and not all this shout of PVC and all that.

At this point, I think I will say giving much attention on the fraudulent system of Nigeria elections doesn't worth my time and energy anymore.

The people of Zamfara, Gombe, Borno, Nassarawa and Yobe don't forget you have made your choice with your votes. Don't expect my condolence or sympathy when the choice you made turn a blind sight on you people when the Fulani herdsmen, Boko haram and arm bandits start killing and terrorising you people. *Continue sipping my beer*

    8. A good name is better than silver and gold, Buhari didn't soil his hands, the people in the north so much believe in him. No way Atiku could convince the people.
Major votes in Nigeria for one to win comes from the north. The southern states how many of them came out to vote considering the number of registered voters.
Humility isn't stupidity, Buhari humbled himself and a lot of you taught he was stupid, yet his people believed in him, he was lifted high.
Buhari is contempt with his share, he isn't greedy like the others, the intention matters more than the offer.
Atiku shouldn't have ave said he will sale nnpc that alone kicked him out in the northern part of Nigeria.
Mind you the mastermind of the killings in Benue is your boss, be there saying Buhari.
Buhari through social investment program gave a lot of Nigerians opportunity to atleast benefit from the government, in respective of the citizens party, the pay is consistent and its across the country, how do you expect such people not to vote for Buhari. Some people upon 10 years of graduation no job through out the pdp regime, would you expect them to vote Atiku.
I can go on TeeJay but am tired
Just pray for God's wisdom upon Buhari to rule the country well.
Lastly the greatest mistake pdp made was making Atiku their candidate. Good night off to celebrate with my sugar daddy.

    9. What exactly is your problem TeeJay? Oh, so you don't have a problem with the states Atiku won but when APC wins, you begin to cry? The way you believe people voted for Atiku in those states is the same way people voted for Buhari in the northern States.

So quit wailing and move on please!

  30. *ALLEGATIONS OF ELECTORAL MISCONDUCT MADE BY THE PDP*

    BY USSIJU MEDANER

The Presidential and National Assembly Elections conducted across the federation of Nigeria on February 23, 2019 has been receiving praises from both local and international observers and foreign missions. The elections were, no doubt, free, fair and credible as adjudged by international observers first, before local observers started praising the credibility of the elections. But any project which has to do with coordination tens of millions of people within a limited period of time is bound to have skirmishes in one or two places especially when there exist a crop of people who are intent upon seeing that the conduct of process is fails.

The only body that has failed to commend the conduct of the February 23 elections is the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). It started with the self-proclamation of false victory (before collation began by INEC at the National Collation Centre) intent upon discrediting the outcome of the elections since they know that real and actual victory for them is not possible: this is to give them the grounds to reject the results. When the results started trooping in, they accepted the results from places they won and cry foul at the results from places they lost. They then stated clearly that they refused to accept the results of the elections. They had no proof that invalidates the process in any way but to make their argument credible before any court of law, they have resorted to generating evidences after the elections were over. They began to manufacture video clips of electoral misconducts such as ballot stuffing. In some of the videos, it is as incredible as, there are no NYSC members at the entire polling unit. In some other clips, you see the supposed money given to those stamping and thumb-printing the ballots on the table in the open and without any security officer on ground. It should be noted that there is no place in Nigeria where the people will stand dumb and be looking at their ballot papers being thumb-printed on their behalf without doing anything. These are all videos manufactured by the PDP to discredit the conduct of the elections so that they may use the videos as evidence in court. This is the resolve of the Atiku PDP to clinch power at any cost. Most of these videos are incredible majorly because no person who is engaging in the electoral crime of ballot stuffing and thumb-printing of ballot papers would allow himself or herself to be videoed on very close range (as close as less than one metre). The people videoing the events are part of the crime but decided to video it: to what end, and who is that dumb? Let’s not forget that the PDP are master-planners when it comes to electoral malpractices of any kind. They have been used to depriving Nigerians of their franchise to the extent that some Nigerians believe in the phrase that their votes do not count. President Buhari has, through the conduct of February 23, elections, proved to Nigerians that the vote of every citizen of Nigeria counts.

    ReplyDelete
  31. The PDP is also planning on going to court to seek an injunction which would stop INEC from announcing the result. The PDP has forgotten that election is a single process which, once begun, cannot be interrupted until it ends. Election encompasses voting-declaration of result-pronouncement of winner altogether, hence, the PDP cannot halt the process halfway. Declaration and announcement of election results is a part of the electoral process. Such court order is in violation of the law which states that the electoral process should not be interrupted by inciting violence. The 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) provides it within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal to hear cases to *hear and determine the validity of a person elected to the office of the president or vice president* in Section 239 (1). This implies that a verdict must have been passed and persons are already elected to the offices of the president and vice president. In Section 134 (2) and (3) of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended), provides for the time limit for election petitions to be heard. This is also contained in Section 285 (6) and (7) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended). Section 285 (6) states that: *An election tribunal shall deliver its judgement in writing within 180 days from the date of filing of the petition.* Section 285 (7) states that: *An appeal from a decision of the election tribunal or court shall be heard and disposed off within 60 days from the date of the delivery of judgement.* The sections of the law and electoral act make it clear. Only when INEC has declared a winner in an election for the office of the president or vice president, can the results of the said election be contested and not before. What would the PDP be contesting? The announcement of results which has not been concluded?

Anyone who is displeased with the conduct of the elections and the results declared has the option of going to the election tribunal or court. The process of the announcement of election results cannot be interrupted because it is an electoral process. What the PDP is trying to do is to incite violence and cause chaos within the country which has been their recourse since they realized that they cannot win the election.

It took Nigerians 16 years to study the PDP. They have known what the PDP is capable of especially when it comes to plotting electoral mischief.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
