    2. My dear relax, life na once. Rice every sunday won't make you fat.

I am watching my weight as well but I relax on sundays and drink my mocha, cappuccino, coffee, rice , yam etc. It isn't affecting my weight loss programme at all.

Soda is occasionally when i go to a party.

So far I have lost over 15kg, eat healthy, eat smart, give yourself a treat from time to time .
