Ghanaian Actress Fortune Marshall Says She Married A Man Who Used Voodoo On Her

Nigeria-based Ghanaian/Jamaican actress, Fortune Marshall, seems to have learnt her lessons the hard way when it comes to relationships and marriage and for this reason, the divorced mother of two is not considering giving marriage a second chance.

Hear her: “I started acting since 2008 in Ghana. I came to Nigeria in 2009 and joined the industry in 2010. I was a product of domestic violence. I dropped out of the university in my second year due to financial difficulties. It was also the year I got pregnant for the man who got me through voodoo (charms). Life wasn’t easy for me then. I had to do odd jobs to cater for myself because the man wasn’t helping but rather abusing me physically and emotionally.

“I was under his spell until God saved me from him. We had two kids; he took them from me; for many years I didn’t see them until two years ago. I went and took the younger one in his absence. I have one son with me presently.

For now, I don’t want to think about re-marriage, I just want to focus on my career, myself and my son, because we need a lot of catching up to do. Maybe after that, I will give my heart another chance to love.”

However, she said when she is ready for another serious relationship, she would be considering someone that shares the “same values and visions” with her.
“Most times I tell ladies, there is nothing like Mr. Right, when you share the same value and vision with a man, then you are compatible,” she stated.

  2. SDK voodoo for love is real ooh. I've seen it happen a lot in this northern part of Nigeria. There's a particular yaji they will put inside suya and anyone that eat it ends up as a sex slave to the other partner. No be them say, them say I've seen it with my two koro koro eyes. One of our sister in the church just fell into one alhaji trap ooh. She went to occupy the position of 3rd wife to a 70yrs old wrinkled and worn out old man.

  4. It is very real, else girls that do jazz won't try it. If it doesn't work, nobody will do yahoo plus. The only thing is no be everybody juju dey catch. Someone confessed he tried it on me, to make me love him. Lol! He went to his pastor, pastor said he won't pray to turn my heart - that if my heart is not with him, he should leave me alone. Mister refused and travelled to his village to do the juju with his mother. As they were doing whatever they were doing, it was backfiring big time. I started having horrible dreams, and from nowhere I developed verrrrry intense hatred for him. He suddenly became ugly in my eyes and everything he did, even his laughter, disgusted me. Each time he opened his mouth, he would say what he didn't mean to say. Till he confessed. He's still confused till today. Olodo.

  6. This is why women should always pray for wisdom and discernment especially when it comes to relationships. We don't have the same physical strength as men do, we it is better for us to discern the evil before getting into it.
