  1. What I learnt from this election is that the voters don't decide the winners, the people counting the results and the ones announcing the results are the ones that decides the winners. So is not Nigeria decides rather is Inec decides. @Blessed Princess

    1. Not even those counting, the gods are those who write and most importantly the one who announces.

We are plagued with desperate and selfish career politicians?
The happenings of the elections just made me see this country in a new light. I am forced to agree with someone who called this country a zoo.

  6. Very true lessons. Let people cry rigging all they like. Yes. Some form of it may have occurred here and there but this election seems to express what people wanted. Buharis hard core supporters. Atikus SM savvy noisrmakers. Yorubas and Hausa dealing with nonsense leaders Amosun; Ajumobi; Gandollaetc. Ibos having PDP default mechanism. Whether they do well or not it must be PDP. .people across board showing love to leaders considered good...Ishaku in Adamawa; Udom in Akwa Ibom. Dino returned cos his people like him even if others dont. Saraki voted out. Dogara back. No. Forget it. Unlike when pdp was in power and 1.5m votes were declared in places where 800k registered. Not perfect but goid nonetheless

  7. Tinubus own is spot on. It's why his people follow him. Not cause they are foolish. As long as he puts forward people who perform, people won't think of a need to pull a Saraki on him

Tinubu usually tells his whoever cared to listen that a leader is an aggregate of his followers - this is because he won't take any major decision without consulting widely with his followers.

Akpabio failed in this regard by jumping into APC without consulting his followers.

At the moment, his political career might just be up in smoke.
