Saturday Breakfast Post

Yummy!!!




Edikaikong soup prepared by Joy,A German based BV...................

This will go well with anything and would taste Yummy in the Mornings as well...
For those of you who do not know,we have Afro shops here and they sell just about any kind of Nigerian food stuff you can find back home!!!

I am having just peppermint tea and dry bread for now.............

  4. No breakfast yet,still in bed.a cup of green tee would do,after which I intend preparing vegetable okro to download with semo or poundo.btw Stella maami that soup doesn't look appetising,doesn't look like the edikaikong i'm used to.peace out guys.

  5. Na ogbono soup get me this morning. I will be cooking with snails,periwinkles,cameroun stock fish,Pokemon,dried fish and will litter the soup with fresh hot leaves...which will make the scent of the soup travel in miles.

    Will swallow it down with fresh fufu.

    Who wants? Stella u go chop?

  6. Stella good morning, bvs good morning to you all. This soup is called edikang-ikong (vegetable soup) and it is suitable for afternoon lunch. You can use eba,fufu or semovita for it.

    Am taking tea with Original Agege bread this morning.

  11. So I experimented recently with semolina as pap and I have been hooked ever since. I mix the semolina in water just as I would normal corn paste, I add few drops of banana flavor and boil water. I make it into pap and if need be put on fire to thicken more. Add plenty of milk and sugar or honey and voila! Feel like you are taking hot ice cream.That’s what I’m having now with grounuts and currants sprinkled on it. Yummy or yummy 😋

    I gained so much weight last year because of constant Edikang Ikong soup with eba😅 just had to stop taking it but seeing it there is making me wanna change my mind😩😩😩
