    1. Fridays...... Because due to the fact that schools close by 1pm, I always find the spare time to get into one small trouble or the other and end up getting flogged.

    1. I am still afraid of darkness. I like to see anything and everything around me. I can’t sleep if there is no hint of light. Even if it is phone light.

I have always been scared of dogs. I did mistake my telling a girlfriend about this weakness. She unlocked my phone and saw one girl I had been scoping that’s how she waited one day when I was relaxed and released her dog. I had to climb door and was screaming from there till neighbors came to help me. Up till today, my first date question is ‘do you have pets?’ If the answer is yes it’s bye bye from me. I don’t even want to know what type of pet it is.

The funny thing was that i never bothered to check what fell on my back not after some mins. I shrugged off my back and behold a gecko flew down. I wailed and wailed and refused to be consoled. πŸ˜€

In my own case, as a kid, I recall being chased by an imbecile who lived a few blocks from my house.
Please I don't mean to sound insensitive, but each time he sees me, he gets up from his floor spot and glides to me. He did that so fast. It was scary for me as a kid. That was in town.
Holiday seasons in the village, another that goes by the name Mbama would chase me with his left wrist pressed against his chest and saliva drooling over his face.
It was a scary sight for me.

  30. Serious note: all the men around me while growing up.

Lighter note: Monday morning assembly as a kid because my hair was never neat and my grand mum refused to let them cut it. It would never hold braids and will loosen easily. My hair was always a mess. I would dread the rough dragging and public beating so every Monday morning I will hide and roam town and go by break time. That way I’ll join kids who stepped out to buy snacks. They day I was caught was the day my tushy will never forget. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Eventually I cut my hair myself (the slaps I received that day) and walked about with little tight curls till I was a teen.

  55. Was afraid of seeing all these obituary posters or announcement on TV then. I have an overactive imagination, so after seeing such I get very afraid when I'm alone. Esp when my mum sends me to buy something and there's no light. I always imagine "their spirit" lol, if you see the way I run down the stairs or beg someone to follow me eh, you'll think the spirits are after me true true. Now I'm not so afraid of the dark but I still hate horror movies. Horror movies even nollywood ones gave me nightmares when I was a child , so I close my eyes once anything horror comes up on TV.....even up till now.
