June 12 Is Official Democracy Day....

June 12th in Nigeria is a day that will never be forgotten.....

According to Wikipaedi's entry of June ''Presidential elections were held in Nigeria on 12 June 1993, the first since the 1983 military coup. The result was a victory for Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola of the Social Democratic Party, who defeated Bashir Tofa of the National Republican Convention. However, the elections were later annulled by military ruler Ibrahim Babangida, leading to a crisis that ended with Sani Abacha leading a coup later in the year''.

What do you think of the official recognition of June 12 after so long? This is definitely a plus for the Buhari administration for doing what Other administrations could not do!!!
