SHOCKING TESTIMONY

Stella nwanyi oma, laziness in typing has kept me from sending this testimony which I promised God. On seeing testimony post this night I have decided to put my lazy ass down and type but I can't comment on the post again cos I'm late moreover a lot of people will not see it there.

My younger sister came to stay with me after getting pregnant for an unserious fellow who refused to man up to his responsibilities.
She had no one to stay with and abortion was not an option so I took her in
Throughout the nine months, there was no issues, she goes for her normal check ups and all that.

When she was due, we were waiting for the labour but nothing happened but I assured her that all is well cos we have not exceeded the +2 weeks EDD date.
One morning, she came to me and complained that she was urinating too much but I told her that it was normal cos the baby head is down but then she told me that the urine comes with pains on hearing that I told to dress up and I took her to the hospital

On reaching the hospital, they tried to induce her but she did not fall into labour, so they decided to scan her, through the scan, they found out that the baby was dead inside the womb.

We were referred to a nearby General hospital, on reaching there, they confirmed the same report and induced her again
As at that moment, I was already asking for CS to be carried out on her but the doctor recommended normal delivery since the baby is dead already there was no point rushing

At a time, she fully dilated and started pushing, the baby head came and the baby got stuck. All the efforts made to pull out the baby was abortive, and  my sister was no longer contrasting, she was placed on hot drip, yet nothing.

At that juncture, the four nurses and a doctor that was with her got confused and one of them called me inside
When I entered inside the labour room, I saw my sister panting with the head of the dead baby between her legs

And the doctor said "madam, this the situation we are facing, your sister is no longer in labour, as in, she is not contrasting, the drip on her is not working on her and this how the got stucked for over 30 minutes now. We have tried everything we could to help her pull out the baby but it is as if something is dragging the baby from inside".

"The only option now is to operate her but I have to be sincere with you,it is not going to be normal operation, cos the head is outside already and there is no way we can push it back again, so the only way is to cut off the baby head, open the womb and remove the remaining parts "the doctor continued
" Jesus Christ! "I screamed. But I pulled myself together and told the doctor to do whatever that will save my sister 's life.

But then, the doctor told me that he cannot conduct the operation on his own that he needed the help of specialists that will come from other hospitals. He told to get some pants of blood and also pay for the operation while he contacts the other doctors.

We waited for the other doctors with this baby between my sister's legs from 2:30pm to 9:15pm when doctors finally arrived..

Before then,my sister became a specimen, medical attendance were coming to the theater to snap shot her with so many of them pitying our situation but one thing kept me going, whenever she stares at my face, she will tell me, "sister, don't cry i will not die, I will not take those blood you bought cos I have the blood of Jesus in me"

Back to when the specialists arrived at 9:15pm, they wanted to commence the operation but one of them said wait, let's try for the last time to see if there will be a miracle.
He pushed my sister's legs apart and told others to hold the legs and asked her to push even without contraction and just as he called it, miracle happened and the dead baby came out.

I am attaching the picture, please share and let the Almighty God take his praise.

The photos made me go into shock and i cried..I cannot anyone else or post, the dead babys face is traumatic....Besides I cannot post photos of tohtoh showing like that ...

I am so in shock...Your sister must be traumatised.may God heal her pain.RIP to the little Angel that went back...

Please I need advice as I don’t know what I’m doing. It seems my husband tries to argue at every given opportunity. Now he’s pestering me to come back to Nigeria despite indicating an interest earlier that he wanted an American passport to be with his family.

He’s giving me an ultimatum that I should leave my job as a doctor in America and come and join him on Lagos ......he works in rivers and comes when he’s off to visit us. I later quit my job and when I asked him what plans he has made regarding accommodating and school for our son, he started shouting saying that it’s as if I don’t want to come...

But why is he like that as I didn’t disagree with him. When I asked him about the American passport he was like there’s nothing as constant as change.

He said that he’s giving me till November to come and if I don’t come back I shouldn’t complain about anything and also that Nigerian girls are desperate and I should bear with him. I have made an effort so what else?

*What kind of husband makes threats like this?So if you dont relocate he will do what? You might still relocate and he will still carry out his threat.....My dear,it is your shoe and you know where it pinches......

    2. Dear poster in America @ Comment Section, how does your husband know that girls are "desperate"? How are you sure that you have not already been replaced and since he can't take your son from you where you are, he now demands you to bring him into the country. Simple question of his plans for you and your son and he responds with threats is highly worrisome. Be very careful. Do not relocate. Before you think of relocating, you can travel down without your son and visit your husband to have a face to face discussion with him, while you are there quietly investigate what is going on. You must find out what is in store for you and your son before you make the final move. Ground no level were ya husband dey.

    5. I am the woman who is in America - thanks for your comment zubby. Earlier I told him that I would be visiting in October but he said I should change it to November as he wants his parents to see their grandson but the grandparents are coming in october. I just agreed with a plan in mind. I have already told my dad.

This is what I want to do. I will request a meeting in December and when I come my mum will stay with the baby or my sister in law will. In the meeting I will confront him with evidence.

I do not know why he changed his mind. Earlier he told me he wanted to come to America - we wanted to apply but postponed because I couldn’t find my payslip. Now I don’t know why he wants me to come back to Nigeria.

Any little discussion we have turns into an argument. My best friend provided evidence saying that he called her but although he’s still interested in his wife, he’s seeing his child hood friend (he claims it’s not a serious relationship) and he says he’s using her as a backup in case his wife (me) messes up as he cannot lose at both ends.

People, please be brutally honest to me as I need to know the best way to handle this. Also should I confront with facts or play along? Helppppppp

    6. Poster ,I think your husband mind might have been poisoned ,maybe someone might have told him to bring you guys back cos you might abscond with the children and abandon or deny him in America ..Someone might have given him that gist or given him such advice, hence he is afraid of the unforeseen and wants to be in the safer side.
I have family friends with such issues ,the family goes to America ,after sometime the woman divorces with the husband and part away with the children ,and the man is left with nothing .
So I think you should call him, have an heart to heart talk with him to know his fears ,you can bring up this issue I wrote up, ask him if he is afraid of such happening to you guys, let him know that he can and should trust you with this. He is your husband ,you know the best way to talk to him. I feel he is afraid of what tomorrow might turn out to be.
ABOVE ALL.. PRAY, TAKE IT TO GOD IN PRAYERS.

  2. DON'T FORGET TO THANK GOD FOR THE BAD DAYS

You ever had a bad day? You know, that one day that makes you think and say that you hate life. The one day that makes you wonder if life is even worth living.

Of course you have. You’ve probably had so many that you lost count.

Have you ever thanked God for those days?

Let me answer for you: you haven’t or you have but sarcastically. You might even blame God for those days and ask Him why those days even happened to you.

Well for the most part, those bad days aren’t really bad. Most of the time, you consider them bad cause things didn’t go your way. Those days are just days. It’s how we look at them that makes them bad; we make them bad. We focus on the bad things on that day and forget to see the good. A lot of good happens to us within our day that we fail to see, sometimes they’re just little things.

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” Romans 8:18

Thank God for the bad days because there’s still good in them. We receive blessings each and every day; sometimes, we just have open our eyes to see them. When we open our hearts and minds, we see all the blessing that we fail to see because we aren’t paying attention.

Thank God for L’s in our everyday life. They aren’t losses but lessons learned. Thank God for the days we didn’t get what we wanted. God gave us what we needed. Sometimes what we needed was a lesson to be learned.

If you ever think you’re having a bad day, just thank God for it. God has a plan for you and asks for your trust and patience. You’ll reach your destination and when you finally do, you’ll look back at all those bad days and smile. You’ll thank God for the bad days because they all lead you to where you’re supposed to be.

Until then, remember that there’s always a silver lining, even on what seems to be the darkest of days. Daria Shevtsova

  6. So if someone is HIV positive, she must marry a hiv positive man, who made that law?
And the US doctor, choose between your career and marriage; that's the choice!

Nigerians have a very queer mentality and every "love' is reduced to money and sex. What a pity.

  8. Feel a little down.

So. I'm a foreigner studying in another country. Transport fares doubled recently and they have discounted prices for their students who are citizens. (they pay only half). A friend of mine who is a citizen asked around and got a students card for me but warned me to be careful using it as I am black and can't even lie because it's so obvious that I'm a foreigner.

Well, I have been using it for almost 3 months now but today I swiped as usual only for the officer to walk up to me and demand to see the card I swiped it. Apparently she was watched me subtly and sighted the students card (it's different from the normal card) so she checked her computer and it was registered under a guy's name.

Long story short, she seized the card and threatened to report me to the authorities (thank God she didn't). I just walked away. I haven't told my friend and I don't even know how to or what her reaction will be. I don't want her to get into any trouble because of me, especially with the real owner of the card.

Today, I was made very conscious of the fact that I'm a foreigner and this place doesn't give a shit (excuse my French) about us. Guess I will have to manage myself even with the high transport prices.

So can't wait to finish and get the hell out of here.

  9. Single ladies are quick to say "my friend changed after getting married" . Sometimes it's true for people but some other times, they are going through some hard times.

I got married a few months ago and right now, I'm almost depressed. So many things have happened within this short period that I've become a shadow of myself.

Funny thing is that no one cares to check on me probably because they've concluded that I have changed. I need all the support I can get but if I don't reach out, nobody will bother.

I'm wary of who to share my struggles with these days though.

    I will survive and thrive

  26. Lady in America, do not relocate until you have firm firm plans in place. Let me break it down for you. Your husband has another wife and is giving you impossible conditions he knows you cannot meet to justify his going elsewhere. What will you eat when you come back> Where will you live? Where will your child go to school? Who will look after him if you decide to work?

  27. What a testimony. Congrats to ur family.

American woman. You have to come down and see ooo. Keep everything as it is and make a 6 months plan to be in naija with him.
Within that 6 months, you will know wether to go back or not.
Pls make sure your saved money is hidden from him.
It might come handy when it's time to go back.
Let him believe you have relocated. Then watch and see.

Anyway, hormones are raging. So, the man needs his wife by his side.

  29. Please i have a question for the married women and men on this blog. How do you cope or deal with a cheating partner? Did you forgive them? If yes, how did you do it? How did you get over the pain? If no, did you get a divorce? Please help!!!

    1. First ask yourself these questions- Do you need him to be happy in life? Can you overlook his betrayal and focus on working on your marriage? Do you think you can find someone else that can give you the love, peace and security you need for your mental stability? If all your answers are No or Maybe, stay and manage your marriage! Just be firm about using protection when you have intercourse. The men out there are no better than your man. All men cheat.

  30. God help me. I'm so so sad. why is life like this. Back then in uni always serious with my studies, up and doing with assignments, jacking book up and down. Eventually came out with 2.1, but where did my goody goody girl lead me to nothing. I will be 27 years old still not married. Currently doing a 55k job and to think i stay alone is another thing entirely because all the expenses are solemnly on me and i still manage to send my mum monthly tips as much as i can. Nothing seem to work, i have tried praying but i don;t want to doubt God . Maybe i am running out of patient, i crave for my own home and family. Like last year or there about a man came to seek my hand in marriage everything turned south. I'm tired very tired i am tired i am tired..I need a good job, i need a beautiful family, i want to take care of my mum and i want her to carry my children now she's still alive. Why me . God have mercy pls i beg you. What have i done to deserve this....

  34. Woman in America, please be careful while trying to make this decision, this your husband does not sound like a reasonable fellow, he is harsh. Please make room for eventualities, just in case you return and not like the man he is down here. This his threat is not a good one. It's okay for him to want his family around but it's the threat I don't get. BV whose sister had a still birth, may the name of the Almighty God be praised, we should learn to trust him more, her confession of life paid. Thank God
