Actress Mimi Orjiekwe Reveals That Her Boobs Fell Down After Weaning Her Daughter And She Lost Her Self Confidence..

Getting back in shape after weaning a baby is always a challenge, especially, for celebrity mother and it was not different for actress Mimi Orjiekwe, whose daughter with her estranged husband, Charles Billion, turned two recently.

Recently, the thespian confessed to Inside Nollywood how difficult it was getting her shape back after weaning Jasmine, her daughter.

“People keep wondering how I keep my man after having my daughter, Jasmine. It is not about slaying and going slim after birth. It is about when you go naked. My baby sucked for 15 months and a few days and my average standing boobs fell to my tummy. I lost it. I lost my confidence. I couldn’t even look at a mirror. I hated having a bath.

I also considered going under the blade but the fear of what might happen next wouldn’t let me. At that point, I knew that surgery wasn’t an option for me. I couldn’t even discuss it with other women because they would tell me it’s a normal experience that every woman passes through. I was worried that my boobs were fallen and I couldn’t do anything about it,” she recalled.

For Mimi, however, life became better as she recovered her shape with the aid of breast enhancing products. “I felt better after it (breast enhancing products) helped me restore my confidence. My life never remained the same again,” the actress said.

  6. First of all congrats on breastfeeding for 15months, way to go mummy.
If your child accept's breastfeeding please let them latch on that breast as long as. Breast milk is the numero uno line of defense, highest natural immunity made by God when baby is out of the womb. Vaccines just supplement Gods own immunity which can never remain the same. Pikin no go sick any how if she is breast milk till above 1year, even if na 6, 7 8 months on the breast. It is so worth it. Love you baby when you have them, worry about slaying later when they are healthy and strong.

For loosing her self esteem, that is normal, withe good support system a woman will bounce back psychologically, then physically to work on her appearance .

I saw one in IG but the fear of breast cancer eh..

Mimi, you are right. Getting slim after childbirth isn't the big deal anymore. Even my tummy is back. But the boob's?
I wonder what will happen after more babies.

However, it's a gene thing especially when you had medium to big sized boob before child birth.
My sister had very small boobs. And now they are still standing. It's not fair😁

  10. I am looking at my own breasts with side eye and it's looking like it's sagging after weaning my 10month old baby.... meanwhile baby no 2 is still in cooking in the oven.
May God pity me and help them stand after I'm done with childbirth.
    Amen!
