My very very strict Father......Growing up had so many rules and regulations that tamed me....looking back now I am grateful that he was the way he was...............

  1. My mom...... Are strictness and discipline help in nurturing me up to be a better person and how to treat a woman like a partner not a wife.

    3. I'd say my both parents because growing up my Mum was the disciplinarian and dad was the gentle one then some years into our teenage years they switched tables as dad became overly strict and mum became our solace in troubled times.

One thing I'm most grateful to them for giving us is our SELF CONFIDENCE..That shit sank real deep into our beings.

  12. My late mum was so strict and lacked empathy.
I learnt so much from her but she never showed me love and affection.
My dad on the other hand was a sweet man and was practically a saint!
He had side chicksπŸ˜… but he never joked with us.
He influenced me positively and I will always love him.
I prayed to God to give me a man like my daddy and help me to be a better mum than my mother.
    I am grateful!πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—

  13. My Mother; our matriarch and friend. As a young widow, she provided an enabling environment for my siblings and I to discover the world and ourselves. She always listened to our doubts and lovingly encouraged us in every way to succeed.
She was mother, father (I have 2 brothers who turned out emotionally sound and better rounded than men raised by both their parents), friend, cheerleader, playmate (tickles us and play wrestles with us till date; even as we are all adults), lesson teacher, guide, chef and prayer warrior for all 4 of us.
What has she not done to ensure the health of our minds and bodies. She has showered us with so much love, our psyche can never be broken! We are confident because of how she believed in our abilities and affirmed us constantly.
Ah! Her just reward is truly in Heaven but I and my siblings are ensuring that she starts enjoying it from here.
    God bless our superwoman #Andrea

  23. My father..a Goodman with a good heart, does not harbour grudges, does not hate, humble to all, giving even to the last kobo on him, extremely accommodating, a great companion to his wife even in his old age...may you live long that to reap the fruits of your labour.

  25. God and myself. I don't know of anyone apart from God and myself. GOD. I never met him physically but He has watched me right from the moment I took my first breathe, He has guided me and nurtured me to who I am today. I made many mistakes but He never held me to it; all he wants from me is to keep moving forward leaving what lies behind.
Since, I started making decisions on my own without consulting Him, it has never been easy but I still look and find His LOVE and GRACE always with me. I can't trade him for nothing in this life...so help me God.
I also want to appreciate my teachers and everyone who I've come in contact with so far, they also helped in shaping this little lady here.
