I want to learn that black soup, owo and corn soup. I heard the black soup is yummy, but this native oil, native salt, native crayfish and Urema is what I don't know... I guess they have English names... Don't know if I will get it here in the East.

Spaghetti with tuna fish sauce and caramelised red onions. The taste is out of this world.

ReplyDeleteIts hot season, light food are recommended and better. A slice of salmon fish and steamed amanranth greens with boiled baby potatoes.
Made an amazing grilled salmon filet with avocado and rocket salad for lunch yesterday.. was divine

DeleteWanke is brown rice....like beans and rice cooked together. Dokunu is eaten with that raw pepper.
