Toke is pissed that she the furniture she paid for is falling apart but Sandra says she did a good job and calls Toke Client from hell.....

      Some people undermine the power of social media! This is a big dent to her brand and she's still there explaining herself instead of fixing that mess secretly.
      A professional will never tread words with his/her clients no matter what.

    So My take on this. Toke alleges she tried to reach Viva and discovered she was blocked. She complained about the buttons at first and it was fixed, then few days later more fell off. For a 350k bench? Just comman carry your furniture and give me a new one. This is not the first time shes furnishing for Toke btw.

    Secondly, I don't understand why Viva keeps insisting her work is fine with videos from the time she finished the job while your client living in the same house at the moment has video evidence of the cabinets peeling. This is not about not delivering. You delivered but some fo your work is falling apart. Feedback!

    It is painful when you contract someone for a job and then you end up getting frustrated cos the peson barely listens, pushes blames back to you and waves your concerns aside.

    Before you all say, try the road side carpenter, Yes they are amazingly gifted but suffer from the spirit of disapointment, absconding, lying and wickedness🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣 It is follow come with Nigerian Carpenters cum Furiture makers

    I feel like the Lady in question could have handled this better, I admired the interior the first time I came across it.

    I remember one time she went to London and shot a video and utterly belittled those living in council flats talking about she doesn't understand how Africans can live in such shabby tiny council flats. It's the way she even said it with stank face like she better than every one. I canceled her since then.

    I love in Atlanta in a beautiful apartment but I have family members who live in council flat and felt insulted.

      I bought a hair for 70k went back two days later cos I kept shedding and tangling . The owner of the store said how much is 70k ? Wow I was bemused there is no regard for customer satisfaction and it's very appalling. I don't know when we Nigeria will start the idea of returning goods and gettibg your full refund, only then will sellers and service providers do better, I paid just $2999 for a set of soda and extra $400k for insurance on the condition that if nothing happened after 3 years, I get my $400k and if sonething happened to it, i get a full new set. Its a year and with all my kids roughness, sofa no dey shake. These are people that trust their product

In America you buy anything and it has a defect, you return it to the store and you either get it exchanged or refunded with no questions asked.   44. From the pictures, you can see that the edge binding tapes are rather too light (paper thin) a carpenter did this to me once. The design was ok but he used inferior materials, since then I find it extremely difficult to use my hard earned money to patronize made in NIGERIA not because they are soo bad! But because they are not customer centric, they don't listen to their customers. Na wetin dey their mind them dey do.
    I'd rather get the materials they need and pay for workmanship.

    I have my businesses in NIGERIA and I value my customers I treat them as kings, guess what it works wonders. I have never loosed a customer, My customers advertise my business for me and my standards are top notch. A business does not just jump out from social media or looks good on Instagram and becomes big. It has to be a household name (trusted).

I don’t even take that shit from them, I give them fire for fire cause I know my rights, they act like they doing you a favour, most times my hubby will tell me this is not abroad just let it go. Sandra is wrong, and from what I read on toke’s insta story I think they have been having issues before this sofa thing, hence the use of ‘client from hell’ by Sandra. She should apologise and do the needful.

  49. This may be the reason why 80% of businesses in Nigeria lack longevity. This is just unacceptable. I support the call out one hundred per cent. I hope the furniture lady learns a lesson and changes. This is how one personal branding coach removed me from her whatsapp class and had her admin insult me all because I asked a question during the class and complained when my questions were totally ignored on the forum. And I asked politely o with no insults or rudeness because I hate to embarrass myself. Instead of calmly explaining that questions weren't allowed (which doesn't even make sense for a supposed class) I was asked how much I paid for the class to have a right to complain. It was a free class but I vowed never to spend my one naira on any of this person's products. I see her shouting up and down on IG everyday about being the best personal branding god yet she has zero customer service or tutoring skills.
    I tire for Nigerian business people. If you don't appreciate a customer who gives you 1 naira you wont appreciate the one who pays you 1.9m as we're seeing in this case. Customers are your channels of blessing and if you don't learn to satisfy or manage them, then you deserve it if your business fails.
