Sat In House Gists /Fair Weather Spouse

This should be an Interesting topic.....

Are you married or dating a fair weather spouse?they are with you because of what they can get from you and you know and are OK with it or not OK with it but found out quite late..

Or are you the fair weather spouse and married for reasons other than love?
Or did you leave your spouse when the going became bad since it was a fair weather thing to you?

Or did you marry as a fair weather spouse but now love the person you are with?

Or are you dating someone now and hoping to marry them because of the Opportunities that comes with being with them?

How is it like being a fair weather spouse or how is it like dating or being married to one?Do they know that you know that they are fair weather?

  3. Once I know that you're only with me because of what you can get from me, I deliberately make myself unavailable to you. I do this even in friendships.

I block whatever line of communication we have and when I see you, I make sure my answers wuth you are short and to the point and there's no deep access to me.

  6. I'm someone who's always craving attention. So I tend to do things for people, you can't ask me for any favour and I'll turn you down, so many people have taken advantage of that situation, yet when I need their they hardly come through for me. So I finally gave myself sense, when I went through a very difficult situation and no one came through for me except of course family members. Since then I wrote most of them.. Now I have a small circle, we hardly hook up often cause everyone is hustling but whenever we meet I tell you it's pure joy....

    1. I was once like you. Love yourself so much that you don't need any outside attention or approval. Also learn to be selfish. If you want to gift someone 10,000 naira, reduce it to 3,000 and watch them first. Don't be too eager to please. The world is to hard for people like us.

    2. My brother,
Stop sending her money..oh! For women and men generally there in Canada, among their top scam is paper / marriage promise con. They will either chop you or fcuk dry with the premise that they r going to marry you, but at the same time & unknown to u that they r involved also with another person(s) with the same promise or even already married.
People in Canada r the most silent dangerous physical & spiritual killers! They always talk nice to u, smile in ur face and if u r not smart enough or spiritually discerning, u won't get any hint that they r messing with ur head.
The worst is even even when/ if they marry u, they can drop/ dump u at once like a hot shit. And there's nothing u could do about it, especially when u don't share any kid(s) or house / property with that spouse.
Shine ur eye well...well when u r dealing with any Naija man or woman from Canada!!!
The warning is: don't play any hanky panky with people in Canada, meaning don't start it, and also don't fall for it. Otherwise u will cry blood in the end when u fool around with them.
Their own dimension is on another levels. They appear to be very nice and kind, and often educated too, or successful in life, but behind that facade is all heart full of darkness and devious mind. They rarely phusically kill, like the people in America (USA) who will end ur life easily. But those in Canada r equally very destructive...spiritually & psychologically.

  11. Well I am just thinking, I mean several thoughts in my head. I have been married for 8 years and it’s always one argument or the other every day. Sometimes we live apart due to the nature of our jobs.
So I had my mum come visit me for just 3 weeks to help take care of our 3kids as my job would be extremely stressful and demanding for those 3 weeks. Also hubby won’t be around for one month. Well my mum left today and I can say I have never missed someone the way I miss my mum. For the 3 weeks she stayed. I felt peace. I have been thinking of what me and my hubby share is infatuation or just cause of what we gain from each other. But what we share is definitely not love. For my mum. I understood what it is to be with someone who gives you peace of mind. A mother’s love is almost always forever TRUE

  14. Fair weather spouses plenty for this our London. Lazy men in particular, who hunt for well to do girls in church. They will even bring their kids and wives from from Naija under the guise of cousin/sister join sef. Come see everything unfold. I prefer to be alone than to succumb to a man that will drain me in every way.

    2. Na curse..oh ! dem don swear for several naija / black men abroad.
Either they r drug dealers, addicts, gigolo or pimps. Or they r very lazy, retarded & weak in the mind...low life things.
At the end of the day their whole existence is to wait upon or depend on woman on way or another.
Go & investigate their past, and u will see curses, grievous bad deeds or sins of the parents & ancestors following them no matter where they go..even with break away opportunities to turn life around. Yet they remain as beggars, thieves, nuisance & menance. Ndi ara!
Blame their mothers who bred & support these kinds of men. They were better off aborted & terminated pregnacies. Rather than useless, criminals & unhelpful men.

  16. I dated my hubby for 12 years before we finally got married, back then he was just a young hustling guy that had so much aspirations & I believed in him. Today to the glory of God we are very comfortable & am glad I stayed with him cos of my genuine love for him, cos it wasn't easy. Back then I had lots of richer suitors but I made up my mind not to marry for the wrong reasons.

  19. My uncle is a civil servant but does contract. Married an innocent girl so we presumed who happened to be his friend's sister.

When the friend discovered he was dating the did, he refused paying her schy feels and my uncle paid her school fees from 2nd year to final opened her first savings account and married her. Helped her to secure where she did nysc which is a teaching hospital.

After nysc, he manipulated and she was retained. My interest said whenever they went to bank for withdrawal he will ask the wife how much they will withdraw. Bought his first car in her name. Then, the contract stopped. He has only civil service salary to survive with.

Then, his salary is 28k and the wife's is 70k. The wife still expected him to do same thing and buy clothes for her. Refused to bring her money like that anonymous in anonymous night. Whenever they are having issues cos she was taller than my uncle she slapped him and that was the last thing she can remember.

Saw herself in the hospital blue black. Started keeping malice to us and my money. Lot's of bad behaviour. It really strained the relationship. She left upto thrice and came back.

Am married now my hubby's job is contractual. Whenever his job stop I take over. He doesn't need to tell me. He's not usually comfortable when I spend my money.

When, he's at work he doesn't allow me to spend kobo. I save my money for unforseen eventuality. So, far he's a good man I don't see any reason why you shouldn't help your hubby out when he doesn't have. Except, he doesn't want you to save when he has job or try to finish your money

  21. I'm sorry but I am one. Abeg no vex. I've tried so hard to be nice to my husband but I don't know why I can't. I've never bought anything for him. Even toothpick. Did you know one day I said to myself, today I must buy something for this man, iya!!! I went to the market and came back with my money in tact. When he's broke I eat at work before coming home. The highest I've ever spent for home keeping is 1k. I fear the day he says no money again I will leave or cheat. I don't like the way things are but I don't know what to do. Please don't judge me for it, no body wants to lose in this world, I've seen things my aunts passed through and I don't want to be a victim...

Let me keep my money until the day God go touch my heart.
    Amen.
