    2. Anonymous 17:43, we're the same. I hate any form of trend too. Whether, its music, dance steps, fashion, makeup, hairstyle, slangs, I never participate.

I'd rather continue to be myself than walking in the shadow of trends.

    5. This is the faceapp that is trending because of the irrevocable clauses that come with the app which users were unaware off. They basically own your photo and can sell it or do whatever they like with it forever, even if you stop using the app. Make them continue to follow follow.

    1. Get your facts right. It’s Russia and they can give it to China too.

    2. If you're on Facebook, have you not given your facial data to USA? All those apps that you download, do you read the end user note before clicking OK? Don't you know you have by so doing given access to them. Moreover, the app is alleged to made for the Russian government.

    5. Yo, I heard this also! Not the US government though, it's the Russians(even worse). The T&C's are verrrrrry shady and sketchy as it apparently gives the app permission to use your likeness, name and username, for any purpose, without your consent, forever, even if you delete it. Anyway this has taught me to always read the T&C's of any app I want to download instead of ignorantly clicking "I agree".

    6. Faceapp or not, I am a Nigerian resident in the USA. My data is splayed all over from my passport to LinkedIn to Facebook so faceapp is just a lil nothing to worry about.
Open the app and see the faces of celebrities all over, type your name if your name doesnt appear kn their list just know you haven't made it in life for your data to be so impt except you are planning to carry out a heist.

If you live a normal , crime free life what you should be scared of is people using your data to commit crime.
Facila recognition is small what's in vogue is trying to know who you are through your walking step on CCTV to clamp down on people. Sebi you will avoid CCTV camera?
Enter walmart and other departmental stalls and see cams on the aisle.
Anywhich way to avoid this(recognition and invasion of privacy) means you getting off the internet.as long as you have a phone using Google and especially a front selfie camera just know your phones get real time images of you and whatever you are doing as long as it is on and that Google is in place. So face recognition is a small thing.

Americans have being generating faces of suspected criminals just from description given by a child who saw.

What I know with this app is they have perfected the facial recognition and they have just use everyone to confirm what has being on going.

Before you use the aging apps and you look old but you laugh that ain't you. With this face app ,you get aged and even look like a close ancestor of yours . The app seems to preserve the genes in the aging sequence.
So if you are suspected of a crime committed 10 years ago all they need is age the description of your face then to 10 years after and search for the results on the various cctvs close to were they suspect you should be at the present.

Wether you use this app or not, as long as your picture tagged to your alias has surfaced on the net, you can still be recognized anywhere. There is no more privacy. So just enjoy the app if you need to because you commenting on this blog means you can be easily accessed because you are on line app or no app.

    7. @snarker..when you download faceapp, there is no T and C displayed for you to click agree on but yes go through such though while at it remember that your phone with a nice badass selfie camera is a window to your environment when ever you hold and are using it as long as you have Google operating in the phone
