I know and have heard of people who died because they forget their inhalers at home and had no chance at all when they suffered the attack...
Amen to his prayer for everyone who have this issue............

ReplyDeleteOct 2016, i had severe asthmatic attack. We had just buried my grandpa, slept at my sis-in-law's in order to get to the park very early, woke at mid night n my breath was just seizing. Had never had d experience before, struggled until I was able to call for help never knew what was happening to me, I couldn't breath I just had to inhale air by gasping. I stubbornly continued my journey to Lagos from the east. Arrived home still gasping later in the evening before getting to the hospital. I was diagnosed of chronic asthmatic attack, that was when I realized the love of God over my life, an attack that kills so fast he kept me for over 19hours. To God be the glory
ReplyDeleteN.b since then there hasn't been a reoccurrence makes me wonder...... Could it be spiritual all I know is that I was at d brink of death it was just d outstretched hand of God dat kept me.
Something probably irritated ur throat.
DeleteAmen

ReplyDeleteI had irregular heart beats when I was small around 4 or 5years and when it starts you can see the effect on my chest as it rapidly rises and falls and nothing triggers it. I could be lying down and bam! My heart will start beating as if it wants to escape my chest. I was taken for chest xray and my parents were told I had a slightly enlarged heart and a bunch of other things. I was placed under supervision and surgery was debated based on some parameters.
My mom said she came back with me, knelt down with my dad and prayed to God to spare their baby. Said they wept throughout the night asking for healing because where exactly will the money be raised? That was it, it stopped. Not suddenly but something that can happen 20times a day gradually decreased and when we went back, the surgery was cancelled and now I can't remember the last time I experienced it.
Thank God for you dearie
DeleteWow, God hears and answers
DeleteUse to have asthma..the day the doctor gave me inhelar my sisters refused and thank God for that..for the past 11 years now I have been free.....thanks to that bros that gave me some things to take..asthma is very very bad
ReplyDeleteAthsma is often misdiagnosed.a child should never be diagnosed of athsma till 8 years. Most kids diagnosed with athsma have hypereactive airways which they grow out of. Athsma is actually a physical defect in the diaphragm and can only be confirmed with xray.
ReplyDeleteThat x-ray part is a very big lie.
DeleteAnd the diaphragm part too, balderdash.

DeleteI praise God Almighty for your healing Testimony, Frank Edward
ReplyDelete@12:35 and Ralu m, I have 2 healing testimonies similar to yours
As a toddler, mom said I stopped walking and would just crying in pain, stuttering'my leg'. The day I was taken to the hospital, my first sister who was 8 years old then said she ran into her room, knelt by her bed and prayed her little heart out to God to heal her baby sister. Mom said after the doctor examined me, she told her I had contracted the polio virus. She recommended a multivamin syrup, lots of sleep, proper sterilization of feeding bottles etc. 2 weeks later, she heard my little cousins excitedly shouting outside that I could walk again. She ran out, saw me walking and smiling. When we got home, that my eldest sister that prayed for me said she jumped and shouted in joy.
When I was 18, I had an experience while on holiday away from home. One morning after breakfast I was dizzy, puking and purging fluid like crazy. Nobody else had that experiencemmuch as we all had the same breakfast. I was rushed to the hospital, injected and infused with a drip. I thought it was Food-poisoning. After the injection to stop the puking, my period came down. Hmmmm!.... This sickness came month after month for 10 tortuous years and I was in and out of hospital. After each of this ordeal, my period will come down just like that first time this strange sickness all started.
My stomach would be physically pulsating up and down like my internal organ wants to leap out! The doctors pumped me with so much drugs that my vision would be hazy for 5 days or more. I could not cross the road on my own if I could venture out of the house.
I kept praying and begging God to heal me until one day, one little verse of scripture I know dropped in my spirit. I was just a young Christian then so, I clutched that word and kept declaring it until I grew in the knowledge of my rights in Christ.
God did wonders for me the day I insisted I must be carried into the exam hall for my 3 papers that week. I even asked the Holy Spirit to help me hold my pen because I had no physical strength. My HOD told my friends to take me away because I was too weak but I stood on my faith in Christ. I came out with the best results in my Department that very semester - 5As, (1B, 1C in the courses I took at the peak of my sickness). One of the pure science departments. The whole school and my fellowship celebrated Jesus Christ that day because they all knew my condition.
The following semesters results were straight As, no B.
I also remember one brother my mom told to pray for me in the tenth year of my illness. He was a Roman Catholic but we are Pentecostals. He just told me to bless (a glass of water from time to time) in the name of Jesus Christ and drink in faith for my healing because Jesus Christ already took my place. One day, it dawned on me that I no longer had that sickness.
Glory to Jesus Christ.
That brother passed on some years ago.
May the his soul rest in peace.
