    vitamin c clears acne, and makes your complexion glow, I used to take it when I had heavy bouts of acne.
    And it boosts the immune system, I didn't fall sick frequently. Unlike moi.

    Don't know about glutathione though.

      @22:07 Nope. Not all lighten. Theres the one sold in pharmacies for daily detox. Theres the one with very very high mg content used for lightening - like this one. If you give to MedPlus and buy the medical glutathione sold there, you wont lighten even shikini.

    I used Glutathione injection ..with higher foes of vitamin c shot(vitamin c makes it absorb faster )
    The only side effect from the glutathione is it lighten your skin .
