Shiites Leader El-Zakzaky And Wife Arrive In Nigeria And Whisked Away By DSS Operatives

The leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, and his wife, Zeenat, arrived Nigeria on Friday at 12 noon aboard an Ethiopian Airlines.

They have already been taken into custody by operatives of the Department of State Security (DSS).
The President, Media Forum of IMN, Ibrahim Musa, confirmed to the media that On their arrival at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, the She’ites leader and his wife were whisked away by the security agents.
from tribune.

He was flown to an Indian hospital to be treated but he refused that the hospital doctors attend to him and wanted his own doctors...This caused a rift and he wanted to be returned home after all his demands were rejected....

*I dont get it...I just dont get why they will say this mans life is in danger and he would reject to be treated...I dont get it.

    1. You got it right. How can you demand for doctors who ain't employed in an hospital to come treat you? He has a plan. He should be watched closely.

    2. No dear, I don't think the man want to do terrible things as you said. The Shittes Muslims have been in existence in Nigeria long ago. I took time studying the two groups of Muslims, that's the Sunni Muslim and Shia Muslim, its origin and their conflict of interest. It will shock and interest you to know the discovery I got from the history.

I wouldn't want to derail this post I would have share that information with you. Believe me, if Mr President is among the Shia Muslim fanaticism and El Rufai as well, do you think they would have been detaining one of their own for this long?

There has been this fight of supremacy between this two Muslim groups and one of the belief of this shia Muslim is to rise against oppression in whatsoever form they are.

When people agitate, it becomes so necessary to address their grievances rather than labeling them terrorist. The government is so bad and incapable when it comes to handling agitations. The reason you see them arrest Sowore and charging him for treason. Do they really know the meaning of treason?

    3. Teejay, when you say you studied them, did you read the carefully filtered information you were given? Or did you infiltrate their camp? Cos some of you just read what you don't know has been chosen for you, then you come out thinking you're knowledgeable about an issue. If you really don't think this man wants to do terrible things, I don't even know what to tell you. The fact that you actually think Nigeria is a democracy, hmm.

    4. Teejay leave these shia n Sunni, u don't know what this man is capable of...he's not even vying for supremacy.

    5. Teejay go qnd ask people that have lived in Zaria for atleast 10 years, then you will get an idea what this Man is

    6. Teejay, you don't need to have an opinion for everything. Your hate for Buhari will make you support even your own enemy. You will be forming authority on top what you have no clue about. Forming FBI and CIA on a blog.

    7. Let Teejay continue himself that he knows or understand what he doesn't. My own conclusion is Teejay is a PDP member and they are all eager to get back to power to continue looting. God forbid them.

  2. What kind of sickness could be worse than confining one in a room without access to the outer world? Prison is even better, at least you get to receive visitors and family members. You interact and at least once in a while, take a stroll inside the prison yard.

I don't know why is taking the federal government like forever in prosecuting this man. Its almost going to four years if not up to and the main case hasn't started. If he is guilty of any charges brought against him, then the prison is the right place for him to be and not in DSS facility. The last time I checked, DSS has no right in detaining someone, it's not their duty or responsibility.

    1. Teejay you comment all the way in the south if you live especially as a christian in Kaduna You will rejoice that this man is arrested HE IS EVIL...his doctrines are Horrific ....I don't know how old you are But Research why Abacha had to Incarcerate him for long ..the same reason ..They are the ones who slaughter when there is unrest

    2. Teejay nna you see this man issue? Drink water and focus on other things because they care less if you or your people quench. When the east were agitating and protesting their proscription did they cough? How many Muslims are fighting for them except their own set? Did you read what El Rufai said about him?
What is his agenda for the country? something that will light more fires and yet you will see some of our Northern bishops asking for his release and tomorrow, they will turn around and burn down churches and other worshipping places where Christians gather.
Medical care yet he has gone and is now back on frivolous grounds, mentioning sympathetic countries that will accommodate him and his excesses so that he can fly there and cause more harm from there?
DSS has no right yes we know but I'll rather they keep him where he won't cause more harm than he has already caused.
An issue that should have been stamped out yet the federal government is handling it with kid gloves? They should keep the same energy they used in operation python abi what here.

    3. Thanks anonymous, the reason I said they should prosecute him already and if found guilty, sentence him with the appropriate sanction than keeping him for so long. God forbid, he dies without conviction, don't you think it will blow up violence just like we saw in the boko haram emergence.

    4. DSS has no right to detain someone? I want to believe you are being sarcastic cos nobody can be this ignorant.

    5. Are you responding to his comments. Nobody here believes the rubbish he spews. You yourself can see with all the so called research he knows nothing.

    6. Anonymous 17:23, when I made statement I know what I mean. I didn't say the DSS can't arrest or get involve in crime rested issues but it isn't their primary responsibility to detain people in perpetuity. This was why they lose the case against their continuous detention of Nnamdi Kanu before he was sent to prison. In a sane cline, the police even can't detain one for that long but charge the person to court after 48hours unless in a case where investigation is ongoing.

The case of this man isn't bother on investigation, for he had stayed over three years in DSS confinement. The prison should have been where he is being kept.

Now read this, according to Wikipedia.

The State Security Service (SSS), self-styled as the Department of State Services (DSS), [1] is the primary domestic intelligence agency of Nigeria. It is primarily responsible for intelligence gathering within the country and for the protection of senior government officials, particularly the
President and state governors. It is one of three successor organisations to the
National Security Organization (NSO), dissolved in 1986. The SSS operates as a department within the presidency and is under the control of the National Security Adviser.

    7. The SSS is also charged with the protection of the President, Vice President, Senate President, Speaker of the House of Representatives, State Governors, their immediate families, other high ranking government officials, past presidents and their spouses, certain candidates for the offices of President and Vice President, and visiting foreign heads of state and government.

  7. That man , the so called leader of Shia is a evil agent don't forget the clash between him and d nigeria army which resulted to his arrest by PMB, if Shia leader is a good man he shouldn't have taken law into his hands by attacking the nigeria military. He should be monitoring very closely now

  8. This man needs to be managed with some level of intelligence. This is more of a religious issue than criminal. People will kill or die for their religious beliefs

    1. Exactly my point. He has a lot of foot soldiers and if they pick up arms, they will compound Nigeria woes just like the Boko Haram menace facing us not to talk of the Fulani herdsmen. The federal government should tread with caution in this case is all I am saying. The prosecution is taking too long.

    2. Teejay you have know idea about Islam and it's concept their action is totally against the ethics of Islam.

  9. Does he look sick in the first place? He had an agenda. They knew and frustrated it. Why insist on being treated by His doctors? So they can doctor their findings and concot all sorts as being wrong with him. You are sick but you are well enough to be selecting doctors

  11. On this one l kind of see tj's stand. The government should finish his case or quietly off his light Biko. The man was hoping to escape. That's all. Of all the ailments That were sited none l believe couldn't be handled in nija. But he just wanted to run hence the insistence on India. Since it didn't work, he's back

  13. What do you people know about the doctrines of islam? I have stayed with the shiitess and the sunnis, and i can confidently say that the shiites are very tolerant unlike the sunnis. You said ABACHA incarcerated this man? Abacha never wanted anybody to oppose him. Just like our very own nice pmb. He continued with Abachas footsteps. He doesnt want any opposition to thrive. All the people against this man are all religious intolerant.likes of el-rufai and his likes. Anyway, what do i know self. Atleast ive stayed in the north for >10years.
