  2. @Muhammadu Buhari: "I'm sending a Special Envoy to President Ramaphosa to share our deep concern about the security of Nigerian lives and property in South Africa, and to ensure that the South African Government is doing everything in its power in this regard".

@Dino Melaye: "If it's to travel out to chill in the name of medical checkup, you'll be number one. Time to grow balls and head out to address important matters affecting your people, you want to send envoy. Were you not once a General?

    Take the lead for once!!!".

Question is, what did we do to deserve all these kinda leaders???

    4. Are you seriously asking? Y'all ALLOWED them to buy your votes. And it didn't start today. Do the right thing, no. When someone talks, they say the person is judging. Now, some of you are calling God. To do what, please? Are y'all not praying prosperity prayers or fighting for your fake pastors anymore? Lol.

People like me will stay at a safe distance. Let the leaders y'all CHOSE, destroy you and burn your country to the ground with you in it. Stiff-necked people. When the time is right, some of us will return from where we've been stashed for our own safety - to see if there's anything left to work with. If there's nothing left of Nigeria, then maybe it's how God wanted it all along. Cos I swear down, many of you are not serious.

Sit down and fold your arms and continue watching! Watching BBnaija and other unrelevant issues put infront, then you blame Buhari... did he vote himself in there? What'd you expect from a man that age? I dont even blame him.

    6. @Reina, what we could have done was to use our votes properly, objectively, but we couldn’t. That’s why when people say we deserve the kind of leaders we have, it’s the truth.
Another thing we can do is to hold our leaders accountable. Its obvious that they have forgotten that they were put there by the people. Let’s remind them from time to time by impeachment, loud and sound criticism, revolution (in extreme cases and God knows our situation qualifies as an extreme case). If we wait for the ‘government’ to do something, nothing will get done. No one will knowingly take food away from their own mouths.
The last thing we can do is use our votes wisely in the next cycle.
See Buhari that has not properly handled the kidnapping and herdsmen crises at home; he is the one that will properly and swiftly handle the situation abroad abi?
      Good morning.

    9. One thing I know is that anything partaining to human lives is not taken seriously here until it gets out of hand; or when the People within have suffered enough. Or the outside world have called them out. That is when they lift their lazy ass and protruding belly and start doing eye service.
Other people's lives are not not taken seriously or means little ot nothing to them inas long as their children are safe where THEY hid them in places where the leaders sacrificed so much to achieve/build. While they themselves have so many bodyguards that protects them 24/7.
God keep every Nigerian in SA safe and secured
Look at the Same border closed since almost a month now .. while the northern borders where they smuggle in Arms are not closed.
The govt says they are SMUGGLING rice into the conutry and that sale of our local rice is not boomin. But is it true?
They are quick to close and block where rice is coming from, but not quick to ban all their foreign medical checkups. Isn't this selfishness.
Why can't they just for once sacrifice all the lootings and build Nigeria to an enviable position in Africa at least.
Fix the roads, equiped the hospitals, improved standard of living and education, security etc.
It's not going to be s day's job, afterall Rome wasn't built in a day!
While WE they citizens should put in our own quota to build a stronger and United Naija, shunning negative vices, crimes and discrimination.
And stiff punishment for offenders and enemies who try to tarnish or frustrate the efforts of the govt and the People
      Peace be unto Nigeria!

    10. The funny part of it is, the so called delegates will go to Jo’burg and sit their fine ass in a Radisson Blu or Sheraton. They will give their reports from there. “It’s a peaceful protest. No deaths recorded. Everything is under control”. Some will go further by uploading a 1958 video or picture trying to convince their ancestors that there is no cause for alarm. 😒😒

This has nothing to do with poverty mentality or caveman reasoning, its about protecting their young mind and putting a lid on the craziness that circles online, to a minimum... it cant be totally escaped i know, but being in a war front is bad enough with exposure to potential hazards.
      You sound so bitter!

Bad guys chatting and sending her nudes on fb and I Instagram or Twitter. Nothing wrong In giving a child phone but dnt ruin their lives becos u want your kids to look posh and rich.
Monitor what they do with the phones you give them. Know who they move with. Who their friends are.

You see Yahoo guys!! Things happening. All these are result of bad govt! Bad parenting and corruption. Everyone need to play their role. I have said my own.

Do you know the predators out there sending her rubbish like porns. Nudes and even asking her to send hers? I am sure she aready has a facebook account.
Parents please let your kids use the desktop or laptop at home for their assignments. Give them a phone that only makes calls so they can reach you till they are out of secondary school or have gotten admission and are not so impressionable. Too many perverts out there looking for little girls and boys to pry on. Be responsible arents to your children.

      Delete
    10. @8:31, it’s not really poverty mentality. No matter how well you have trained a child, there is still a risk of indoctrination esp when the child is still a child. Once you let a kid out of your sight, you can’t tell what or who he/she comes in contact with. The kid could be in a situation where good home training is conflicting with the lure of peer pressure. By witholding internet enabled devices, you are only trying to help reduce exposure to crap flying around everyday.
Another way to achieve this is to configure the phone such that crappy content is blocked, but does that apply also to chats/text messages? Can’t bad videos be shared?
I think knowing the kids friends is also very effective as it will help you have an idea of what the person can be exposed to.
I don’t know sef, this parenting thing in this age na wa.

Its either your spoons are falling in the wrong corners, the people you live with forget them in their room, or you don't have a separate storage space for your kitchen utensils.

My spoons, knives, forks, both table and teaspoons have their separate spaces that I arranged them in... The bigger spoons, knives etc also have an entirely different wooden holder...

If you have an organized kitchen, you will hardly have anything missing.

Like why are you giving your man money on a regular, hunty?

Don't get me wrong, it's okay to help yo man out once in a while and carry the home front when you husband is down but SINGLE ladies giving a man money is overcompensating because you have low self esteem and afraid he will leave you if you don't give him money.

Raise your standards, take money off the table when dealing with your man else you re gonna be taken for a fool. He will never respect you.  A man with good self esteem will starve to death first before asking his woman for money.

Most of you always forget that there are consequences to your every action.

What a shame that people no longer have control over their libido... Such people only think with what is in between their legs and when they find themselves in hot water, they look for the next easy person to put the blames on... And the circle of sin continues.

    10. Waitoooo what is happening here? @9:35, I have said it here before if a comment is not related to cartoon, small children like you should not comment. Have your mom change your pampers today? If no, it is suppose to be what you will be worrying about now than insulting yourself in a public forum like this. @Bigbanty and Kamikaze please you guys should not waste your energy on this fool. And thanks for standing up for me. I really appreciate you guys. Nonsense and ingredients.

  16. I don't know but family and friends in SA say it's not xenophobic attacks but just a particular notorious area, fighting another notorious area. That the videos are old and not even from SA. I just hope they are right cos really in this day and age, such things shouldn't be happening, considering how much help Nigeria was to SA during apartheid.

@White Enchantress baby girl I've been on stealth mode for sometime now, mostly cos by the time I meet posts, it's already stale so I just read comments.

    Good morning guys.

Property worth millions of dollars is either vandalized or stolen
      Lives are at stake
People are losing their homes every minute
P.s Forget about the video,I just watch a live Broadcast of their President giving his speech about peace
Nigerians over there should run to safe places, keep safe or return to their homeland pending when all this is resolved

    3. Yea, some of the videos didn’t even happen in SA and they are old video, people are just sharing the wrong videos and these is what is causing problem in Nigeria presently cos the more people share the wrong videos, the more Nigerians are getting angry and looting stores and burning down MTN offices.

We live in Capetown, white suburbs and it's safe here, those thugs in d townships are d ones looting and burning, I heard shoprites and mtn are also been vandalised in Nigeria, the thugs here don't care, they are saying no foreigner should come and enjoy what they fought for, these guys don't have formal education, the average black Zulu is loyal to whites and bush mentality even the ones that went to school has a xenophobic mindset, they stopped attacking whites here when they started shooting any troublesome Zulu, you attack a white, he will shoot u n SAPs will come n carry your body away, nothing will happen. But when they see Black's like them, they have guts plus Cyril is a weakling, he has no control, sies.

I am always crushing on myself... I inspire me 💕💕💕💕💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

South Africans are born and breed in hate... They are filled with hatred for others especially Nigerians.
I have worked with two South Africans and the hatred in them can be seen in their eyes, jealousy is their second name... I boycotted South Africa long time ago and thank God My older brother that use to live in Sun City has since moved back to his mother's land.

Nigerian celebrities are just like Nigerian politicians, very few can be seive out... Toke be talking from both side of her mouth on Twitter... She thought Twitter is Instagram where people idolize her and lick her China imported arse.

    Out to start my day...

  24. It's so unfortunate how desperate girls go around feeding and nurturing useless and hopeless male adults in a bid to get hitched. What I just read now is so disturbing. This lady had to practically tow this efulefu from Abuja to Lagos to spoon-feed him! How much more shameless can one be? We have a lot of guys like that littering Abuja. Indolent, entitled, having big dreams without work, prone to lying and utterly shameless. They focus more on their looks than even a woman would. They mostly target vulnerable women. I'll give some tips on how not to end up like the woman that wrote that Tuesday Chronicle. They aren't foolproof, but they'll go a long way in helping out.
The moment you meet a man, endeavour to introduce him to your family members. They should know what's up. Don't isolate them. Most men with evil intentions run away if they know there are several eyes on them. Your family will also know when you're being turned to a mugu.
As a woman, you need to be honest to yourself; you don't have the time a man has. That's the truth. The time you're using for shakara (your 20s) is your peak period. That's the period you have men trooping to date you. Don't joke with this period. After this period, the next stage is a decline. Make good use of this period. You could actually have your career and marriage. Do not tell yourself "I still have time". There is no time. Forget the bullshit you read here. If things were to go the way they should, you should be done with child birth by 30. You then focus on your career fully. But we can't blame ourselves if things don't turn out the way they should. Most evil men target ladies around 30 and above because they understand these ladies are mostly eager to settle down. Don't get to that stage my sister. Make that decision while you're shining (your 20s). Date only men you know you can settle down with. Don't waste your time. Free any guy that doesn't seem serious. Make sure you end up with that guy that madly wants to be with you.
Secondly, watch your weight. You can't be fat with a protruding tummy and expect your self confidence not to be low. Men sense these things. As a fat woman, it limits your options and you know it. You will then go for anything that comes to you. You'll see yourself putting in more work because you know you have limited options. The evil guy would know too. That's the point you're taken for granted. Watch what you eat sister.
Develop yourself. Developing yourself enhances your confidence. With more knowledge, your become more confident. You'd be less willing to take shit.
Have a good attitude. No one - not even you wants to be with anyone with a nasty attitude. Be what you want others to be.
Learn to make your marriage work. Before you consider leaving that marriage, make sure you know what you're doing. The life of a divorcee isn't easy. There will be so many long and lonely nights irrespective of what you tell yourself. You will definitely need another man at a point after your marriage. This is when many women do stupid things to keep a man. At this point , you know you're no longer "brand-new". You stoop unnecessarily to make it work. God help you if you end up with an idiot as a boyfriend. You will lose yourself all in the name of being with a man. It is also difficult finding a single man to date at this point, though a lot of divorced women that took proper care of their body still end up with never-married men. But we know what child bearing does to a woman's body. You won't be sought by too many unattached men. Most divorced women end up poaching other women's husbands. Sister, is that how you want to end up? Biko think twice before you leave that marriage. Divorce makes you very vulnerable - and bitter too.
I'm rushing to work. I have a lot to say. I was touched by that Chronicle. Wish I could say more. I hope someone picks a thing or two from this.

  32. WHAT IS LIFE

TODAY man lives in pleasure, wealth and pride:
TOMORROW poor or life itself denied.

    TODAY, he lay plans for many years to come;
TOMORROW, sinks into the silent tomb.

TODAY, his food is dressed in dainty forms.
TOMORROW, he himself a feast to Worms

TODAY, he lives in Hall built to his taste:
TOMORROW, in his coffin he's confined.

    TODAY, he loves in hope as light as air;
TOMORROW, dies in anguish and despair.

AFTER all these, what is life?
