  7. Depends on what is causing the sadness abeg. If it's a cash flow issue, credit alert will make me feel better. If it's hunger, food will make me feel better. And so on.

    Last week, I was so sad that I removed my two sims from my phone. Omg, I felt so better; me that thought that I can't do without Internet. Was just playing music and watching movies with it. I really felt better.

    If I feel a change of environment will help, then a short break away usually sorts me out.

    Otherwise, it'll have to be shopping and good company.
