May today be a perfect day for us all ad may we all find love and laughter and no reason to worry so badly about anything....

If you are trying to lose weight and also get your ''Kinikan kinikan'' tasting like you go it fixed taste wise and performance wise, then please eat frozen pineapple every other day.......Na so person tell me and i need someone to confirm this...hehehehehehe wonders!

Ehen,i noticed that you people didnt read my advice well in Thursday Chronicle and i noticed more than one person said same and that means i didnt explain well...I meant that if she is planning to go and beat up the girl, she should not try it but go and beat up the husband instead, its another way of saying she should not beat up anyone but face her man if she must at all.....

Have a Beautiful day beautiful people of this Wicked World.

    16. Stella Ola is not a grateful heart but arrogant human being and he knows what I am talking about. Anyway, God bless you Stella for the good job you are doing for people on this blog. Because of this blog I went looking for Ola at his shop and at the end bought goods worth about #440.000 thousand from him, even when my office people were like this material is cheaper from their suppliers; I insisted on patronizing Ola which I told him is bcos of the blog as I knew his story from Nysc and all that. However, just that I told Ola *guy how come the amount you sold to me is retail prize against wholesale prize you told me*... anyway what are you going to deduct for me? More like joke oh....Oga flared up...abeg abeg na now you dey tel me about deductions after we don finalize?...I was shocked as in how can you be like this? I told him pls talk to me with respect by the way you have been to my office which I paid for your transportation on two occasions to and fro so at least you could tell that I was not hungry as to drag little money with a young man I decided to patronize. All I did was forward his balance to him bcos we agreed on balancing him few days after the supply as it was Asoebi, bcos of his utterances I told our finance officer to transfer his money ASAP to him which he did and that was it. No apologies or it's kind till this moment. I had to buy more of the materials from another source with ease and great rate. This is not a call out pls just for you to know how customers sometimes are treated by the sellers you advertise for. I am only doing this bcos of his write up. Thank you.

  4. WHO KNOWS TOMORROW?

    In 1985, Dasuki arrested Buhari.
    In 2016, Buhari arrested Dasuki.

In 1995, Al Mustapha arrested Obasanjo on the order of General Abacha.
In 1999, Al Mustapha was arrested by Obasanjo and jailed for 8 years.

In 2010, Prof. Osinbajo was answerable to Governor Fashola as one of his commissioner.

In 2017, Fashola became answerable to Acting President Osibanjo as one of his minister.

Life is like a coin thrown up in the air. You can't really predict which side will turn up.

NO ONE STAYS ON TOP FOREVER IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND SEASON.

That person you despised, ridiculed and treated like shit and act like God over today may have control over your life, carrier or safe your head tomorrow.

    NO ONE KNOWS TOMORROW.

Treat people with respect and show some kindness because there will always be a tomorrow, be good to all because there's no permanent state in life.

ALWAYS USE YOUR POWERS AND POSITIONS CAUTIOUSLY AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL.

LIke Mugabe said:...."treat the towel with care because the same place you use in cleaning the bottom today might be the same place you will use in cleaning your face tomorrow.

No act of kindness is a waste, our prime purpose in life is to help others and if you cannot help them please don't hurt them.

Thank you all. See you at the top.

    Cheers!

  5. The Real OA.

Thank you for you. For showing us a tiny bit of your heart and telling us how your experiences have shaped you. Please never stop.

Your comment yesterday about still holding on to what God wants us to let go of was especially for me. Let me tell you why.

See, 3 years ago, I had a dream where I was warned to stop associating with you girls. These girls and I work together and see each other everyday and hang out outside of work. In that dream, I was told that something bad was going to happen to them and would include me too if I didn't sever our connection.
At first, I did as told. I stopped hanging with them, limited our convos only when necessary. But then, as time went on, and nothing happened, I started to question if I really had a revelation lol and maybe I was just tired and my brain was playing tricks on me. As time went on, I forgot the dream and started hanging with them. Talking, gisting, etc. Sometimes I'd remember the dream but I'd nudge it back and say, maybe I was just overreacting and nothing was going to happen. After all, they seem really cool.

Recently, these girls have been cooking and bringing to work. And every single time, they'd invite me to join them. I'm the kind of person that finds it difficult to say no so I just give an excuse that I'm not hungry. And then they're like, just take one spoon, taste it if you'll like it. And they give me the spoon, and against my will, I eat. And sometimes I feel something in my spirit that tells me not to but I think of how they're my friends and how it'd hurt them if I decline and I can't stand to hurt anyone.

When I read your comment about still holding on to things, people, that God has asked us to drop and about Lot and Abraham, I was troubled in my spirit. Today, I woke up to pray and break every unholy alliance and bond which I have knowingly or unknowingly entered.

Then your comment to 5he poster about presentation and how her friend didn't call her but waited to her to come and embarrassed her in front of her members and how who knows what the friend has been saying behind her back was another comment that affected me. And now I'm learning, by His grace, to identify friendships that make me better and hold on to them. And let go of the ones that are hindering my progress, whether spiritually or otherwise.

Like you said, some friends are for a season. I prayed that I wouldn't foolish carry over friends for winter into spring, or friends for spring into summer.

Finally, your comment about how your husband is God's gift and you cannot dishonor God by cheating on him, just made me pause for a while and meditate. I am not married yet. But if and when I get married, I pray that I will Honor God in my actions before and after marriage, and to glorify Him with my body, which Is His Temple.

OA, never stop commenting. Never stop teaching. Ever since you started commenting on the blog, I have always looked out for your comments because of the treasures I may find there. Thank you for your obedience to God. Thank you for your heart.

I hope, I oary, that I will not allow temporary pleasures to distract, to hinder me from what has been prepared for me.

    1. I wan to know if I’m having this entitled mentality or something
I was very sick on Thursday and none of my friends knows about it then on Friday it grew worse that we had to resorted to drips and injections when I was loosing weight and turning white
So when I was on sick bed, I managed to do a slight video and posted on my WhatsApp, the first call I received was very surprising to me!! She is not even a close friend or something like that, we talked and bade each other farewell
Now back to this friend or so I thought, she was the first person to see the video
She didn’t call oo yet she started asking useless questions if I am pregnant and I make sure to also give her a perry answer
This is a friend whom I call everyday when she was sick till she got better... mind you she didn’t tell me directly but thru my boyfriend that my friend is sick
Back to me.. I was expecting her calls but she didn’t call yet she kept chatting me up asking it’s pregnancy, I was pissed off and later I realized I knew where all that is coming from
She changed the very day she found another of our friend saved my number as bestie, I knew cos she couldn’t hide her displeasure
This is a friend whom I talked to every other day when the going was still good
She’d call and I’d do same too!!
It’s just so sad 😞 but it’s now glaring she wanted her space...

    2. 09:03, stop being petty and childish. Don't always expect to get what you give. You do things because of God and not man. You can simply stop chatting with your friend and keep to yourself. You don't owe each other anything.

  10. The kind of work I'm doing now ehn, wouldn't have believed I could do such.

When my friend told me about it while he was trying to tell another one of our friends, he told me he didn't bother telling me about it because I was too 'butty' for it.

I reminded him that I was born and bred in ikorodu oh, nothing butty about that.

Now I'm doing it (field work) without shame, and getting paid for it. Way better that what I was earning as a teacher.

When people say they've been jobless for so many years, I wonder why??? Is it because we are looking for the white collar jobs or because there's actually no job????

Me I hustle oh and pick up whatever legal I see (as long as I don't have to sell anything, can never do that one lai lai) and make sure I earn at least enough to feed myself.

Be like me. Stand up. Do anything legal, stop complaining about the job market because as I'm doing this one ehn, there are thousands of people like me also doing it.

  20. Speaking the truth in love, we will grow.' Ephesians 4:15 NIV

Before you confront someone over an issue, stop and examine your motives. Is your goal to help or humiliate them? Jesus was in the business of lifting and restoring people, and you should be in that business too. Ask yourself, would you approach things differently if you weren't so personally involved? Are you confronting this person to make yourself look better? Cutting someone else down in order to lift yourself up is the lowest form of ego gratification. Poet Kahlil Gibran said, 'To belittle, you have to be little.' Don't do it! It's a sign of insecurity.

Remember Nehemiah's response to those who tried to discourage him from rebuilding Jerusalem's walls? 'I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you' (Nehemiah 6:3 NKJV)? Don't allow your critics to break your stride. Don't give more credence to the sentiments of a critic than you would to the encouragement of a friend. Before you put somebody else's life under the microscope, stop and examine your own. Are you grappling with the same issue, or one just as bad? Have you succeeded where you're accusing somebody else of failing? In other words, have you earned the right to be heard? Paul writes, 'Speaking the truth in love we will grow...in every respect' (Ephesians 4:15 NIV).

Could it be that the situation you're dealing with right now is an opportunity to measure your own maturity and make it a spiritual growth experience?

  25. Still on onitsha fire, I blame Federal government for not giving the citizens good road, Because it is evident that this mishap happened because of bad road. I also blame Federal road safety for not doing their job by giving anybody driving license without proper training. Road safety should sanitize the masses through advertisements telling them that getting to your destination alive is key. To stop drinking and driving. And all other risks associated with driving.

    1. The road in the south are terrible compare to what we have in the north. I hardly read neither have I ever heard of explosion of tankers in the north. How do they do it there is one question we need an answer. My condolence goes to families that lost loved ones and property in this sadly incidence. May God comfort them.

This isn't the first or second time such a thing is happening in Anambra state. The government should be proactive in checkmating these tankers and their drivers.

Oh! Did your sister's hubby stop his wandering after that? That's where the testimony lies. A man that'll cheat will cheat.

Thank God that the side chick still has the fear of God if not, that hot water would have landed on your bodies for daring to come and confront her and try to take away food from her mouth. He rented the apartment, bought phone, best believe he's doing way more than that.
Nne next time, please don't go o.
God forbid I carry my 2 left legs to go and ask any girl any question concerning my husband if he decides to be foolish. My ish is with him and I will treat his fuckup behind closed doors. Did any girl stand with us to be joined together at the altar? What's my own with her? If you pursue her there are millions eager to replace her, is that what I was sent to this earth to do? Pursue women like someone pursuing flies from a tailess cow. That's one of the reasons you see so many women looking much older than their age because they're always running after one side chick or the other.

    8. Raul m, you are so wise.
Women should learn to make themselves happy. My only fear with such husbands is STDs, otherwise like you said who has time to check time!

  31. This is for those two anonymous trying to rubbish themselves two days ago on my comment when I wrote that Femi Falana should apologize to Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, for the false information on his person. Finally Falana has done that and it has increase my love and respect to him as a man of honour. Now hear him;

Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) has apologised over his claim that Kingsley Moghalu, former presidential candidate of the Young Peoples Party (YPP), resigned from his party in order to accept an appointment from the current administration.

"At the symposium held in memory of the late Fela Anikulapo-kuti in Lagos yesterday I did say that Professor Kingsley Moghalu had called it quits with the YPP, the political party which sponsored his presidential election in February 2019. I equally said that he had joined the ruling party and accepted an appointment from the federal government.
“While confirming his resignation from the YPP, Professor Moghalu has stated that he has neither joined the ruling party nor accepted an appointment from the federal government. I believe him in honeypot.
“I did not set out to embarrass Professor Moghalu as it was a case of mistaken identity. Any embarrassment caused by the incorrect aspect of the statement is deeply regretted.”
Meanwhile, Meanwhile, KanyiDaily had reported that Moghalu announced his resignation from partisan politics, saying he need to push for electoral reforms ahead of 2023 general elections.
Hence, he was now going to dedicate his time to a citizens’ movement called Build A Nation (TBAN).
