    1. What bullshit miracle is happening? My family left Aba during the kidnapping crisis so I have a ton of memories. Recently, a few weeks ago, I went there to visit my aunty. I just started crying when I reached Aba. Everywhere was messed up. There were no good roads at all. Through out the one week I spent in Aba, I was in a Rollercoaster of emotions. From angry to teary to pain and bitterness. Aba is a small town so I had time to visit lots of places. All the markets were in such terrible conditions and I felt such pity for those trading in the markets who had to struggle that much to survive in a place not fit for humans. That weekend, we went to my village and we had to go through Umuahia town because the other roads bypassing the town were terrible. The roads through the town weren't any better. The waste nko? Rubbish dumps everywhere. There were hardly any clean areas. The area where I grew up around Aba North just got me choked up. My aunty complained bitterly about insecurity and lawlessness in Abia State.

Whatever PR team that sent in these pictures showing bits of seemingly good roads should know that posterity will judge these governors of Abia State. None of them will go free for leaving us bedlam as a heritage.

    2. Can you imagine calling fixing of road a miracle in 2019. When fixing of toad should be the most basic thing for a government to do and should not even make the news, but they are congratulating a governor for fixing the roads of his state. What a crying shame.

    3. Very very fake photos. You should see Aba, it's the dirtiest place I've ever seen. Refuse everywhere. The roads are death traps. That governor really isn't trying

    3. I'm currently in Ph and my sister need to go to Aba with her friends to make some purchases the only problem there is bad roads, Abians are complaining .
I want to go to Owerri during this weekend but the challenge is that there are no memorable roads in Owerri.

Pls who did we offend in the SE that our governors are impotent

    5. There is no reason any sane human being should contemplate going to Aba or Owerri. Inner city roads in Owerri are in shambles. PH-Aba is like the road to Golgotha. Imo and Abia state governors need to wake up

  8. So sad we should even be celebrating half baked roads like this. So it's a crime for them to build roads with proper side walks in naija? You can't dream of riding bycicles or walking on our roads in peace.

  11. I don't believe this, #ikpeazuHasFailed trended on Twitter throughout September 2019 because of non payment of workers salaries and pensions for twenty two months and lack of motorable roads in Abia especially in Aba the commercial hub. He has PhD in failure. Google #ikpeazuHasFailed for confirmation.

I graduated from Abia State Polytechnic in 2013 and the last time i went to Aba in September 2019 no significant change on the roads.. I am an Ngwa man i can tell you of a truth that The governor is an audio governor.

  18. Stella Nwanyioma, I can't send you pictures because I don't want to get upset the more. These pictures are all fake, lies. Okezie Ikpeazu is a scam. Sometimes people close from work or shop and get home by midnight. Osisima junction is finished. The omme road end is nothing to talk about, faulks road, ngwa road, ph road, not to talk of the center table he dropped at osisioma junction in the name of flyover. Okezuola ndi Ngwa indeed....
