Liverpool Moves 8 Points Clear On The Premier League Table After Winning Man City...
Liverpool took a huge step towards a first league title in 30 years by defeating Manchester City 3-1 at Anfield on Sunday to open up an eight-point lead at the top of the table.
Liverpool got the victory thanks to goals from Fabinho, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane dropping Manchester City to fourth on the log and are nine points behind the pace setters.
The win continues Liverpool’s dominance over City at Anfield, a ground where Manchester City have not won in 16 years.
The win also extends Jorgen Klopp's side's unbeaten league run to 29 games, and they have also not lost in 46 home games — the longest in Premier League history.
Pep was just shouting upandan, 2 times, 2 times referencing penalties denied. ManC woke up from slumber when it was about 12mins left. The loss peppered ManC no be small. They will come back w vengeance, now they are #4 on the table, the league has a long way to go.
