Soldier Killed By Boko Haram While On Duty Leaves Touching Message...

A Nigerian Soldier named Hamza Buba has died in the war front fighting against Boko haram. ....but guess what? He left a message behind for his family and friends and Nigerians....

Read his touching message before his death. He said:

"If l die in a war zone, box me up and send me home. Put my medals on my chest, tell my mom l did my best. Tell my dad not to bow, he won't get tension from me now. Tell my bro to study perfectly, key of my car will be his permanently. Tell my sister not to be upset, her bro will take a long sleep after sunset. Tell my nation not to cry, because l am a soldier born to die, but never to be forgotten".

    1. Wait, as a soldier, can't one resign if for instance one is transferred to Borno State?

      Delete
    2. Anon11:46,most soldiers I know are always very happy when transferred there bcos there's enough allowances for them. And if they survive it and come back home they will have a lot of goodies and most times promotion. My in-law came back from sambisa and bought two plots of land in a very beautiful place in Ibadan while his friend built a house from their savings they brought back home from there.

Rest in peace gallant soldier. May God grant your family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.

    4. Black diamond, it's not true. I know one that doesn't seem boxed up and he just left sambisa, he wants to even resign as they have not paid him because of a mistake he did.

    5. Black Diamond its not true o!
No one is happy to go there.
No money like you think. Its shared among the big ogas who are not even in the war zone but chilling in Abuja and Lagos.

  3. What a waste.
Peoples children keep dying every day concerning an issue that should have been taken care of.
Why are they not sending their own kids to the war front?
This is so sad, too painful and yet it's all for nothing cus buhari is still acting like boko haram isn't any issue, it's social media that is their problem.
I can't imagine being his parents for a min
May his soul rest in peace. Amen

    3. Push up, please don't politicise everything. Read his message again. While it's a sad thing to know that as a soldier, you may never come home; taking on the job clearly acknowledges this may happen.

You say why don't they send their kids? Maybe their kids aren't in the force. It's like asking that why aren't you and I there? We are not in the force.

No country in the world totally defeats these Wicked sets of people. But truth be told, they have been largely contained.

Once again, rip soldier. Thank you and GOD bless you.

    2. At last, a wise person@13:51.

No one wants to serve. We think the countries that are working got there by wishful thinking.

You can tell the man can spell. But homophones can be quite tricky sometimes even to the best of us.

  13. This is how people see their death n have a premonition that they will die....the supernatural controls the physical. Be mindful what you wish yourself.

    1. You will always play politics with serious issues. Who blames a person who proudly writes about his escapades with an akunakuna. The government before this didn’t condone it right? When it had so many regions taken over by this evil? Mtcheeeew! Pray for the man and keep quiet.

    2. I wish you guys all know what it means to fight insurgents with corrupt ideology. Look thΓ© US army, look Sri Lanka, look how it was between the UK and IRA, look the Lord Resistance army, look Darfur, look many other places with their more sophisticated armies fighting insurgents. How many years has it taken them yet no success?

    3. 16:34, thank you very much. Insurgency and terrorism isn't the same thing as war. No rules of engagement. You have said it all, I won't bother adding to what you wrote, as the average Nigerian jumps on the thread without being adequately informed. Thanks 16;34
