Good Morning!
I wish you a good day as you hustle through the day.
I am just wondering...What is the use of closing the Border when Nigerian rice is not even affordable to Nigerians?I have sorted out the issue of looking for rice, that is why i know that not a lot of people will be able to afford bags of rice like before..Nigerian rice price has skyrocketed.
I watched a Nigerian man on a whatsapp video rant that a lot of people will be settling for indomie noodles and spaghetti this year .....
Before you stop a process, you must have a solution ready!
Thank you to all those who have played Santa to others,Baba God,the overall Santa will bless you all and multiply you.......you will receive miracles so incredible that people will think its a lie when you tell them.........
Please stop tagging and insulting people asking them to play Santa,it is not by force. This has become so ridiculous the way you people think anyone owes anyone anything......This is just a blog and not a Charity organisation!
Have a good day!!!

THINK WITH QUALITY
ReplyDeleteLet yourself think with quality, with purpose. Give space, time, consideration, and respect to the thoughts that come into your mind.
You have much to tell yourself. Take the time, every now and then, to listen, to consider.
Expand on those thoughts, question them, nurture them. Challenge them to be more clear, more specific, more useful, pragmatic, compassionate, enlightened and compelling.
Allow your thoughts to lead you beyond what is comfortable and familiar. Refuse to let the same predictable thoughts play over and over again in your mind.
Empower your thinking by putting real effort and quality time into it. Broaden your thinking by venturing deeply, respectfully, into the words and thoughts of others.
Your thinking drives and directs your life. Put your energy and intention into doing it well.
Blessed morning BVs.
DeleteSplendid day everyone.
Seriously Niklaus do you pen these words yourself?
DeleteThe things that go through my head is just crazy, i can't even voice them out loud, i have tried and tried to change my thought process but it is so hard because i find thinking of those things i shouldn't be thinking of, i don't know how to make it stop.
I always surround myself with positive people, like i am always attracted to positive people because i can be so negative, like i think the worst. God help me!
Hi people! Have a good day
I write some and some come from a combination of books (online & hardcopy) I have read.
DeleteIf the positive people around you do not influence your thoughts, then you've not truly allowed yourself to open up to positive thoughts.
We all have negative thoughts atimes. But the best way to get rid of these thoughts is to reminisce on the good things that have happened in your life. I am sure they'll outway the bad.
Cut off negative thoughts, label them for what they are and open yourself up to positivity.
I'll recommend you read "The Law of Attraction" by Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks.
Congratulations to the players and the players God will bless you all
DeleteOK, will do, thanks Niklaus
DeleteMelancholy, I would also recommend Battlefield of the mind (Joyce Meyer).
DeleteRhapsody Today!!
ReplyDeleteFocus On His Spirituality!!
2 Corinthians 5:16
Excerpts!!
"Our focus should be on Jesus the son of God; God in flesh"
"See Him in, and through the Word, because He's the living Word"
"As He's the Word made flesh, so are you an offspring of the Word"
"You have His righteousness, life and nature in you Now"
Confession!!
I refuse to be recognised according to my physical or earthly features or nativity, but I see myself in and through the Word. As Jesus is, in His glory, power, strength and excellence now, so am I in this world. Blessed be God!
As he is so am I.
DeleteGood morning my town people,

Abeg, let me perch here. It finally happened to me. What you ordered versus what you got. So i ordered this beautiful hair online some days back, and what was delivered to me was a serious ogbonge sponge called wig. Just didnt know if to start crying. I messaged her on WhatsApp to register my displeasure and all she could say was 'haa'. Mtcheeeeew. Just felt like slapping her from my end.
DeleteWhats with this perch here...Are you an Eagle?? lolzz
DeleteMadam Style by Lynn, talk true, how much did.u.pay for the hair? Can't pay in 2digits and expect quality of 3or 4 digits.

ReplyDeleteA man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
Marriage will not always be a pleasure trip filled with laughter and romance. Periods of disagreements, stress and dissatisfaction occur in every marriage. What differentiates a fulfilling marriage from a struggling marriage is how these challenges are managed and how long they are made to last.
When challenges arise, work hard in returning to a happy home in a shortest possible time without doing more damage to your marriage.
Are you experiencing a struggling marriage? It is time to invite God into your relationship and make a conscious decision each day to put God and your partner first, your marriage will be able to weather any storm. Be humble, prayerful and above all have self control.
Good morning.

ReplyDeleteYou couldn't care less and you are wailing under my comment, lol. You sound bitter though. Or do you need a lil something for Christmas?
I was reading the assassinated man's post and i saw the above comment. Anons 20.20 what do you mean by that your last line? I am not the anon but i felt a bit annoyed and irritated at that your statement. So cos u live abroad and anyone who opposes your comment means the person is not happy and needs 'a Lil something for Christmas'?
Well, i believe you must have read or heard of 'Osun Thunder' or 'Thunder killing Cows'? Don't allow me invoke it on ur head.
Be nice always! Nonsense!π
Dont mind them. They feel bcos they are living abroad now they can talk down on us living in our motherland. Migrants o.
DeleteSee how jobless you are, you had to bring this here.
DeleteFrustrated Nigerians always looking for who to impose their weak opinions on. Let whoever wants to stay abroad stay while you stay put in your Nigeria.
If people find other countries safer than Nig. let them be and stop choking Nigeria down anyone's throat.
Do not also let me send Amadioha to finish you off before Christmas, eeeish.
I am not nice at all.
ππ€£ @ your last few lines.
DeleteOne even said you should come and experience the life Jesus promised, that is to say abroad is now the pathway to eternal life. Smh.
Delete10.20 you are very foolish with that your comment. Angry migrant like you! We send u go abroad? pay your taxes and stop being angry abi you want us to send Lil something for you in the abroad? Anon pls dont strike osun thunder yet reserve it first another angry come back by this migrant.
DeleteOkoto meow meow nonsense!π
10.20 welcome. You've come to defend your ignorant comment abi? Anon's point is the "lil something" in your comment and not wherever you choose to stay. Next time, talk with sense.
DeleteMigrants that send you bitter lazy Nigerian youths money and you scamper to receive it.
DeleteMigrants that you guys are always disturbing for one thing or the other money, phone, clothes, invitation letter or one thing or the other.
Finally migrants that do giveaway and you frustrated lots receive it. Even on this blog, they do giveaways for you lots all the time and you collect.
A lot of you are praying desperately to get out of naija, fasting and praying but applications are getting refused o.
Una no get shame to insult migrant wey better pass you??
Use that Osun thunder or osogbo lightening to remove your president or better still let your deity invoke rice, chicken and a good job for you. No be me do una o!!!!

ReplyDeleteHi. I figure you didn't see my comment yesterday so I'm asking again.
What part of my comment hurt you on Sunday? That I was against the person that called you an evildoer or because I said shame on all the people that hound you for 'begging' when in reality, you had actually never taken anything from the blog?
I'd like to know how a comment in your defense hurt so I can apologize.
@Blessed princess for the past two or three days Kamikaze has been asking you this question you have been ignoring her. I don't understand you o. Could it be you are so busy watching TV from your neighbors window that you cant answer?
I started pitying kamikaze that's why i took it up.

ReplyDeleteWe read commenrs here nah, year in year out same mind set.
Good morning
Even Dangote still dey find money oooooo ππππ
DeletePlease if you are playing “secret Santa” this season at the office or with friends, choose thoughtful gifts. Which one is a bottle of shampoo without conditioner or anything else? There are very budget friendly gifts or what’s the point of giving someone something they won’t use. Seems I will turn this into work at the end of the year to ensure people get useful gifts because it seems a lot of us are usually confused on what to get for people or just don’t care. That’s how someone got a mug that had been used as wedding souvenir.
ReplyDeleteSeason’s greetings all.
Shampoo is not a bad gift idea and some people don't use hair conditioner ππππ
DeleteLol, @wedding souvenir πππ
Your last paragraphπ π π π . The person is mean ooooooo
DeleteSeason greetings
DeleteRecycling souvenir.. We were used to that while growing up.
DeleteYou accumulate gifts from Jan to DEC, then give them out by Xmas n new yearπ
Hahahahaha I can relate. Luckily for me last year my secret Santa was someone I'm close to. She asked what I want and I told her I don't even know and she gifted me cash. This year na God hand I dey.
DeleteAnd the mug had the names of the couple?? Kuku kee meππππ
DeleteDoppelganger thank God you mentioned something related to hair this morning. Please what can be used on a natural hair to get perfect or near perfect gel packing? That's what I want to rock this season. I saw Anto's gelled hairstyle during Bam's wedding and it was really nice. I have gelled before but it wasn't smooth and I was told to blow out before gelling. Any suggestions? Hair wax is good but turns whitish after some time. Thanks in advance.
DeleteDoppelganger you dey complain about shampoo..The last Secret Santa we did in our office, someone gifted the head of logistics, 2 Sachets of tin tomatoes inside our company branded carton with 20naira wrapping sheet..Can you imagine..
DeletePhoenix, that person either has another job or a joker because that’s an appraisal issue π€£π€£π€£π€£. Some people are so annoying. Don’t gift if you can’t give something useful, let me not say what I received yesterday because it would seem like I’m not grateful. Luckily, I found a colleague who had need for it and gave it away sharply. Ms. A, a shampoo that is not a known name that you brought out of your bathroom the morning of the gifting is a bad idea o.
DeleteKiks, use eco styler gel and tie a scarf on your hair for a long time to enable the gel slip properly.
Good morning beautiful people

How do people date their friend's husband or fall in love with their friend's boyfriend?? Tonme, it's unfathomable!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have friends who have never done this to me, does it mean that some of them will do it later in the Future?
Or friends telling their friend's boyfriend bad things about his babe..... I'm confused about this oooh!!!
Good Morning my neighbors!!!
It's unfathomable, but heck! It happens babe.
DeleteI heard of a woman that her chief bridesmaid snatched her hubby. Like real life o. Let's just pray not to meet bad frenemies.
Frenemy can comfortably do that.
DeleteIt is beyond me. Some people don’t see anything wrong with it. I used to think it happens only in nollywood until my friend told me how she snatched her bf from another of her friend, but the guy left her and married another lady. After the relationship ended, she did same thing to another friend that I know, only God knows how she does and sleep at night as a serial snatcher, Just be careful, you don’t know your friend’s intention towards you, you only know yours, the heart of man is wicked
DeleteSome friends are evil like that. They can never be loyal.
DeleteToo many things I have seen, I had to just stay away from friends. I broke off a serious relationship because I later got to find out he dated my friend. They dated before she and I became friends though. long story π
Sluttychic.
Yes my Aunt's chief bridemade snached her husband and even Married the man and bore all her children for him. Beware of frenimies!

DeleteSluttychic.
Good morning to you all beautiful people of SDK blog!
ReplyDeleteMust people cook rice?
There's something very wrong with most Nigerians, they don't know how to put an embargo on goods.
Nigerians are the reason why rice became an essential commodity and very expensive too.
Let them stop eating rice and see if the price hike won't go down (this might not seat well with people that have chosen to be π― dependable on rice)
Their are other foods that are very affordable in Nigeria, go for those foods.
Last day of test, last day of school for me, two more days to go for my boy...
The rush this period is the reason I don't fancy this season.
Rice is like our main food here Christmas or not. If we don't ear rice ,what else can we possibly eat without getting tired?
DeleteThe reason why most people eat rice is that Nigeria has very few food items. Please check your store, if you don't eat rice, beans, yam, garri, what else is there. This your suggestion no follow rice is the major food in this country.
DeleteMust people cook rice for Christmas?
DeleteIf na only me dey naija, rice sellers no go sell.
Christmas without rice...what do you call that?
DeleteSluttychic.
Rice is to Nigerians what chicken is to Americans.
DeleteGood luck as your exams are over Miss A.

For people that will be traveling enroute Berger-Ibafo- Mowe this morning I advised you use alternative routes as no vehicle was coming from Lagos as I passed through Mowe b/stop this morning, I was unable to find out what happened to as I was on bike.
So I have some posts bookmarked for future read, please how can I go back to read those saved post?
@Anne,Which Browser do you use?
DeleteAnyway;check for the Three straight dotted line at the top of your screen;then click on it..
You would see Bookmarks;then click on it and you would see the various link for all saved pages you did..
Hope this helps.

parents evaluate your relationship with your kids. A little child (a relative) 11 years old is spending the holiday with us and the things she says leaves me shocked. Among all the things she has being saying the one that has got me wondering is 'you people see my father like a lamb outside abi but at home he's a lion' 'the reason i like coming here for holiday is not because i don't like my house but my dad naggs too much' ha a little child?

DeletePeople please be careful with your money in the banking hall this season. I've had to refund a huge sum to my mum so she'll stop being sad. Apparently some good for nothing punk stole her money from her unzipped bag in the banking hall(it was really crowded). She didn't realize it until it got to her turn to make her transaction.
ReplyDeleteI called the manager who is a friend to get a picture of the thief from their CCTV but honestly the bureaucracy involved and the poor quality of the picture is just not it.
So guys please be careful. Hug your cash very well this season.
Good morning BVs.
Another tip....Where you have the zipper of your bag should be infront of you not at the back as its easy to unzip and take your money without you knowing and hug your bag very well..

ReplyDeleteGrateful for the gift of life
Your Best Life is in Front of You.
ReplyDelete“Brothers, I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it. But one thing indeed: Forgetting the things behind and reaching forward to the things ahead” Philippians 3:13, Berean Literal Bible.
I’m just going to say it…You’re not hurting anyone but yourself when you give in to the enemy because of what someone did to you. I’m sorry they hurt you. I’m sorry they didn’t believe in you. I’m sorry they weren’t there when you needed them most. It hurts, I know it does. But you know what, my friend? You can either use this as fuel or as an excuse. The greatest revenge is to go full force into the things of God, to go full force into your purpose.
Give God your broken heart and let Him kiss it and make it better. He can give you more new memories that will take the place of all the old hurtful ones. He can show you that there is life after heartbreak. There is more life to live. Your best life is in front of you, not behind you. Reeeaaacchh forward. Reeeaaacchh forward. Reeeaaacchh forward into God’s perfect plan. You can do it. You will find grace waiting in front of you. You will find happiness waiting in front you. You will find healing…waiting… in front of you.
Prayer: Lord, I pray for my sister reading this now. You know exactly what she is feeling. Help her Lord to see the same thing You showed me when I was hurting beyond belief. You showed me the same love that I encountered the first day I surrendered to you. Show her that Powerful, Everlasting, Unconditional, Never Changing Love. Dissolve her fears. Heal her pain. Hug her heart. Remove all hopelessness, and help her Reeeaaacchh forward. In Jesus name, Amen.

Good morning beautiful people, we all should have a great day... Weekend is almost here, God bless our hustle
ReplyDeleteBeautiful morning all. We are heading there. Let's be safe as this Christmas is going to be great.
ReplyDeleteGod has conquered for us. To those who feel Christmas is far because they have not achieved, please be grateful that with life, you will scale through. So many did not see last week and this week.
I pray for us all that we will see the end of December and not the other way Amen.
Lots of love to show. Bye
E fit be say the reason you never blow is you aren't making allowance for time and chance. The passage of time isn't necessarily an indication of failure, but an opportunity to prepare for your moment. So that when it comes, you'll be able to take and maximise it.
ReplyDeleteJoseph spent 13 years training to become second-in-command in Egypt, where he continued to do what he started doing in his father's house, Potiphar's house and prison. It would have been disastrous for everyone, including him, if he wasn't compelled to spend time waiting and training (Gen 37:2 - 41:46). What would be the point in giving him that role immediately he left his father's house? He was too young and inexperienced. Same with David - it would be wicked of God to remove David from the field where he was taking care of sheep straight to the palace to take care of people, immediately after he was anointed. After his coronation (2 Sam 2:4; 5:4) was not the time to start learning, especially when Israel had battles to fight after he became king.
Your voice has more range and depth than that of Darey Art Alade. But you don't know how to control it. Character-wise, you haven't developed; small opportunity makes you shake cos trauma from poverty. You don't know how to say "No" to food or drink in quantities and at temperatures that every experienced singer knows is bad for the voice. You don't realise you don't need the people encouraging you to do certain things. You don't like doing voice warm-ups. Hunkle, you will destroy your voice. You'll be known more for baby mama drama and endless paternity suits than for your voice. But you'll still be saying, "Haters, haters"; eye no go clear you till you're arrested for rape. You're not ready.
You already have training, you have talent. You can act like Lala Akindoju and when you make up your mind, have the poise of Joke Silva. But your mouth leaks. You start dating a guy and if you're not granting interview to every media hack on the planet, monitoring spirits can find every detail on your Instagram wall. Lol! Babe, you no go marry even when you really desire to - partly cos your online fam will help you ruin a relationship with real potential when it's still in its early stages, and partly because only guys looking to use you for publicity will come your way. And you'll be like, "Ah, I don't understand! There are no good men! All men are animals!" But it's not the devil preventing you from blowing; God is giving you a chance to make sure your blow will not be blown when your moment comes.
But only God knows when that is or how exactly it'll show up. Isn't it funny that Joseph who accurately interpreted events and timing for the baker and butler, didn't know when his own would come? No woman knows when or how her baby will come; even with detailed birth plan and EDD, a baby can humble you. No passenger knows when they will land - flights can arrive earlier or later than scheduled. No aspiring actress knows when she's auditioning or acting, which movie, TV or stage role will catapult her. No musician knows which of their singles will become an anthem or when it will happen. You can strategise, assume, draw graph till you crase or blind, or bribe till you're broke (Eccl 9:11).
But when your moment comes - even if you are in a prison, cave, or wilderness - circumstances you couldn't possibly foresee or control will collide and everyone will wait till you are fetched, before anybody is allowed to sit down (Gen 41:40; 1 Sam 16:11). Yet, it'll only be after it happens that you'll be able to look back and pinpoint the moment it all changed.
Thank you jare..You really make sense
DeleteDear parents, usually the holidays is when sexual abuse skyrockets while distant and close family members come to visit, some of whom are sexual predators in secret. Never ever force your girl or boy child to stay with uncle so and so while you leave to shop or socialize. If your child has a bad vibe around family members, please listen and prevent the next victim of this horrible act against children. #copied

DeleteNigerians blame the government for every damn thing but we are the cause of our own problems. I remember two years ago when garri was so expensive, and people was blaming Buhari, i was like biko is buhari a farmer? Does he plant cassava, my people i bought garri almost 7k a basin that year. Now does your government plant rice? how many rice farm sprung up since the border was closed? Watch from next week transport companies will increase fare for people travelling to their hometown, why is it so? Nigerians love to jack up their prices, in their mind, now is the time to make money, after you hear them blaming the government for this and that, my people change begins with you.
ReplyDelete@melancholy you are saying next week transport will increase, they are collecting #11,500 to Enugu today. NO FUEL SCARCITY, infact the boarder that was closed reduce the rate our neighbours trops in to buy fuel.
DeleteSo, on what base are they increasing transport fees everyday? Believe me honestly, I am dam tried of this country, so fade up.
That is one aspect we as a people are not nice...Everyone is out to play smart and cheat their own people...
DeleteThe truth is we are our own problem is this country!
DeleteThey just look for every avenue to leech.
DeleteIt is well indeed
