President Buhari has condemned the execution of Rev. Lawan Andimi, the Christian Association of Nigeria chairman who was killed by Boko Haram in Adamawa state.

ReplyDeleteSo sad. This is the same Boko Haram the FG said has been technically defeated, yet the terrorists are still perpetrating evil. Winning the battle over Boko Haram is not by sending soldiers to combat them, it also involves tracking and neutralizing their recruitment, and funding process. When are we going to learn for heaven's sake, how long are the authorities going to be playing with innocent lives (soldiers&civilians), how long will this battle continue in our own land? Where is Shekau? The FG claim to know their sponsors, please why not arrest and prosecute them. Playing politics with innocent lives is the worst that could happen to human existence. Where is the so-called intelligence unit in Nigeria? The war with Boko has lingered for over a decade now, thousands of lives have been lost. The times we have used to say and complain that Sambisa forest is big as Lagos would have been used to build a WALL over these borders that the authorities claim the terrorist are emanating from.
