At times, all one needs is someone to take a chance on you. It's called learning on the job at times. How many people are qualified for the jobs they are given? He'll learn. And he'll grow. Ask Tony Elumelu. He once told a little story. Someone took a chance on him seeing a drive and nothing else. Today, he's who he is and still climbing! How many successful bankers or business owners actually studied banking and finance or business studies. What did Dangote know about flour, rice and now oil.
