Saturday Breakfast Post...

Have you ever tried Brown bread decorated with butter and cheese? Its yummilicious!

Those of you who eat healthy, please suggest healthy breakfast tips for others to learn.......

Those who only do hot pounded yam and other heavy foods in the morning, please stop weighing your body down with too much food...Start the day light and stop eating once you are full....or eat halfway and drink up to fill up.

For me today i will be filling up with Orange Juice.

Enjoy your breakfast and food for the rest of the day...

    3. Much better to eat heavy in the mornings, as in eat whatever esp. If you are active, trust me you will burn it. Then go lighter for lunch, dinner can be salad, pear, a piece of chicken, tea or anything light.

Healthy breakfast could be a cup of oats plus two small bananas plus maybe a tablespoon of milk or if you must eat bread, don't exceed two slices plus one teaspoon of butter (to spread on it) drink green tea or orange juice squeezed by yourself.
Top off with an apple or two carrots f still hungry.
I just had two bananas olus 50cl water.
Will be having bread and akara by 10am.
    My kids had cereal.
I will do a very light lunch to balance my daily calories.(4pm)
