Serial Thief Re-Arrested .....

E dey blood!!!

The Police in Lagos State caught and arrested Tunde for stealing two years ago and he was jailed for 2 years....
He was released in November 2019. 
Two weeks after his release, Tunde was arrested again for snatching a bike in Lagos...

    Has he occured to you that the guy misses prison and cant function outside properly and delibrate commited a crime so he can go back. There is really an "inside life" in Nigerian prisons that most are not aware of.
